Arif Cave Hotel

The facility was excellent—beautifully located, with a room offering truly breathtaking views.

ホテルを出発する時間が早朝で、出来るだけ長くホテルから気球を眺めたかったため、空港までシャトルバスを使うかタクシーで向かうか迷ってました。ホテルの方に相談したところ、鑑賞時間・出発時間・交通費・気球開催される確率などを丁寧に説明してくださり、私たちが満足できるように提案してくれました。結果的にシャトルバスを使用しましたが、気球鑑賞も満足できるくらいできました。また、朝食時間より早くホテルを出発しなければなりませんでしたが、サンドウィッチを作ってくださり、空港で食べました。とても親切で嬉しかったです。

I have been to some wonderful stays, but this one was something else. Everything felt exceptional. The room was amazing and super clean. The staff was exceeding the expectations. They have been very warm and helpful, and even gave me a surprise cake for my birthday! Big shout out to Gokhan and his team!
The breakfast was amazingly good, and the views of the hotels are the best in the city. They are just across the most famous city view point, and you may go there for free as you are a guest of the hotel.
I highly recommend this stay!

Non ci sono parole per descrivere il nostro soggiorno all'Arif Cave Hotel! La struttura ha superato qualunque nostra aspettativa. L'hotel si trova nel punto più alto, perfetto per ammirare la mongolfiere al mattino. Si trova proprio a due minuti a piedi dal punto panoramico in cui generalmente si va a vedere alba e tramonto (poiché l'hotel è così in alto non abbiamo dovuto pagare il ticket di accesso al punto panoramico che è, appunto, a pagamento). La nostra stanza era favolosa e con un affaccio meraviglioso su Goreme. Ringraziamo di cuore HAN, per aver reso il nostro soggiorno memorabile. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati e a casa. La colazione viene cucinata sul momento (è davvero abbondante!). L'ultima mattina, in cui siamo partiti presto, Han ci ha fatto trovare una busta con un pasto take away per non arrivare a digiuno in aeroporto. Ringraziamo tutto il team.

L’hotel è stupendo. La particolarità di soggiornare una notte in una cava è stata pazzesca. Il personale è stato anche super disponibile perché avevamo inclusa la colazione ma avendo il transfer per l’aeroporto la mattina presto, non facevamo in tempo a mangiare. Si sono offerti di prepararci qualcosa la sera per la mattina dopo.

Tout est parfait. L’emplacement, la chambre, le petit déjeuner, l’hostilité des personnes y travaillent, surtout Han qui a été très gentil, attentif à nos demandes et très attentionné. Nous avons passé un excellent moment je vous recommande.

Arif hotel est très bien placé en hauteur proche du du sunrise view. L’hôtel est très mignon , confortable et les lits super ! Hari est un super hôte souriant , serviable et aux petits soins .
C’est un sans faute !

Шикарный вид и локация! Выше нет отеля в Гёреме, находится прямо под видовой площадкой, на которую едут со всех сторон города. С балкона нашего номера город был как на ладони. До центра пешком 5-7 минут. Если бы поехал в следующий раз, другой альтернативы нет. Еще понравилось отношение персонала и забота о гостях - от организации завтрака, подачи блюд, до полетов на шарах - всё 10 баллов! В последний день нам перенесли время вылета самолета с обеда на 22-00. Нам любезно предоставили наш номер до конца дня и мы с комфортом им пользовались до 19-00 без всяких доплат. Отдельное спасибо управляющему Хану!

I stayed at your hotel for 2 nights from May 4th to May 6th.

During my stay, I was truly grateful for all the support they provided. In particular, when I was feeling unwell, I deeply appreciated their help in arranging a hospital visit, which made me feel very safe and supported.

At check-out, I was also not feeling well, and I did not have cash with me, so I was unable to properly express my gratitude at that time. I had been thinking about this with regret after leaving.

After returning to Japan and recovering, I reached out again to thank you. In response, the team kindly said, “You don’t need to send anything” and “Your kind heart is more than enough.”I was truly touched by their kindness. I was deeply moved by how they value people’s feelings over money. Even after returning to Japan, I have continued to feel the warmth of this experience.

The hotel was always kept clean, and the staff consistently showed great care and concern for me even while I was unwell. The room and view were already wonderful, but what made my stay truly special was being welcomed by such warm and kind-hearted people.

Throughout my stay, I was able to feel completely at ease thanks to their constant kindness and hospitality. It was truly a heartwarming experience.

I would especially like to thank Betty for her exceptional support. As she mentioned on our first day, I hope to return for a 5-night stay next time. When I do, I would love to thank you in person.

朝食がとても美味しくて、温かいメニューとしてメネメンやチーズのパンなどをたくさん提供してくれました。
ロケーションも完璧で、5分くらい歩くとギョレメの街を見下ろしてウチヒサルの城やローズバレーを見渡せる絶景スポットがあります。
そして何よりスタッフの皆様のホスピタリティが素晴らしく、雨の中ではありましたがとても楽しく過ごすことができました。

An absolutely magical location, perfect view, amazing hospitality, and great staff! Breakfast cannot be beat! It rained our whole trip, but we still had a fantastic time and that was largely thanks to the Arif Cave Hotel.
