Pros:

사장님과 저의 남편이 last name 같다고 하면서 더 친근히 다가와주셨어요.(Mr.han) 사장님 포함 직원분들 모두 친절하시고 항상 마주치면 먼저 말도 걸어주시고 어떠냐고 물어봐주셨어요. 조식도 따뜻한 음식 테이블 가득 차려주셨고 체크아웃날 짐도 보관해주셨어요. 객실도 넓고 깔끔했고 무엇보다 객실에서 보는 뷰가 최고였습니다. 다시 간다면 또 방문할거고 아리프 케이프 호텔 덕에 잊지못할 여행이 되었어요. 감사합니다!

Love the hotel, would recommend to anyone, and if we are ever in the area again would stay there again

The location is amazing, you get really good view from the top, and a great place to watch sunset. Walking down to town is easy too. The staff is amazing, very helpful, so friendly, easily help us with all of our needs, tours, early breakfast, etc. The property is very clean, beautiful and modern cave rooms

Han was an exceptional host. His positive energy and vast knowledge of the area made for a very relaxing stay. Nothing was too much of an ask for him or any of the other lovely staff.
We were upgraded to a room with a better view free of charge. The views from the rooms balcony were spectacular, only matched by the panorama on the rooftop terrace.
This is where we viewed the balloons, getting lovely photos. It is also where we had a delicious and filling breakfast each morning.
We had an excellent time! Thank you!

Beautiful Genuine Cave Hotel with Great Views and INCREDIBLE staff!

Stop looking and book this place immediately! I cannot say enough about how great our stay at Arif Cave Hotel was, beginning with communicating with Betty to pick a room many months ago - she provided videos of each room to help us pick. As a couple, we picked the Panoramic Cave Room and upon arrival, learned our room had the "highest balcony in Goreme." It was a fantastic place to view the balloons each morning and the closest hotel to the sunrise/sunset view point (as a bonus, due to the location of the hotel, you get free access to the point). Upon arrival, we met Han who is an absolute gem of a human being. I cannot imagine a kinder, more informative person to manage a hotel. He gave us many great recommendations and even called his friend at sunset point as we were headed up there and the friend had two complimentary teas waiting for us. Be sure to take time to chat with him and ask for recs for where to eat. The entire staff was friendly, the breakfast was extensive and delicious, and the the rooftop patio space is incredible. We were sad to have to say goodbye, but hope to be back soon!

Unforgettable
Pros:

We had a memorable stay at the Arif Cave Hotel. Our room was impeccable: spacious, extremely comfortable, and very clean. The breakfast was the best we've ever had in Türkiye and the location is undoubtedly the hotel's highlight! The view is exclusive, allowing you to watch the sunrise with the balloons and the sunset in total comfort, without having to fight for space at the crowded tourist viewpoints.

The staff is amazing and very supportive. A special thank you to Gokhan, who was exceptional. He provided all the help we needed, from booking our balloon ride to giving us great restaurant recommendations and sharing fascinating insights about Turkish culture. We recommend this hotel wholeheartedly and will definitely be back!

是真正的洞穴酒店！本來很擔心洞穴酒店裡面會陰暗又潮濕，但裡面比想像中現代，採光也非常好，床跟浴室都很整潔、舒適、也都香香的沒有霉味等。風景非常漂亮！就在格雷梅的觀景台附近，在房間就能看到非常漂亮的日出跟日落。早餐很豐盛、Gokhan等人的服務非常好！總是很親切！

A wonderful stay with outstanding hospitality, smooth service, and great support from the staff.
Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. They even assisted us in arranging a transfer to the airport, which made our trip much easier. Check-in was smooth, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring Göreme. Everything was well organized and hassle-free.

Eccezionale, struttura bellissima, comoda, il gestore Han di una disponibilità e simpatia immensa.
Pros:

Assolutamente tutto, Han il gestore ci ha accolto in modo meraviglioso, si è messo a disposizione su tutto, ci ha aiutato con i tour in zona facendoci risparmiare notevolmente, ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo, il posto stupendo, la struttura bellissima comoda a tutto, pulita, terrazze con vista sempre a disposizione, meglio di così non si può.

Best location in Goreme!
Pros:

Great stay at Arif Cave - the hotel is in the best location, immediately below the lookout point for the whole valley. We were really well looked after by Han and breakfast on the terrace each morning was delicious. Great view from the room balcony

Melhor vista e atendimento!
Pros:

Hotel muito bem localizado, com uma das melhores vistas para os balões. Gokhan é excepcional, representa a hospitalidade em pessoa, preocupado com o hóspede o tempo todo e te auxilia em tudo, desde o café na chegada até a despedida. O café da manhã é tradicional turco, feito na hora e muito gostoso.
