Pros:

Pros:

The staff are very friendly and helpful and they have made our stay comfortable.

Cons:

The facilities are extremely out dated and the rooms were small becuse of the layout design although the size is considered above average.

An incredibly relaxing time at Indigo. 10/10
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay at Indigo, and are already talking about returning next year. The resort is big enough to feel like you aren't staying still, and the facilities are second to none. The staff are so kind and wonderful.

Cons:

My only comment is the food at Sugarsand is not up to the standard of Makase (the western menu). Cocktails are Sugarsand are the best though.

Excellent option in Seminyak
Pros:

Great location, spacious room, friendly attentive staff and a buffet breakfast to remember

Cons:

Due to a late flight we booked an extra night to have access to the room but was not there on the last night or morning. The hotel was a little inflexible when we asked if the unused breakfast could be credited or swapped for a hotel voucher. Minor issue.

Pros:

My friend and I stayed at 3 different locations while visiting Bali. Hotel indigo was by far the best all round! The cleanliness, facilities, staff were amazing! The breakfast selections were a stand out! We had a really enjoyable stay!

Beautiful hotel in Seminyak with outstanding customer service
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with stunning gardens and exceptional service throughout our stay. The staff were outstanding, from the check-in team to the security guards stationed near the beach entrance, always friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

Housekeeping was excellent, with attentive staff who consistently ensured all our needs were met. The breakfast selection was fantastic, and we particularly appreciated the barista-made coffee, including milk alternatives, being included at no extra charge and with no limit on the number of cups. The morning health shots were also a wonderful touch that we thoroughly enjoyed.

Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would happily return.

Cons:

During our stay, the hotel was relatively quiet, which suited us perfectly. We were able to secure shaded pool lounges each morning without difficulty, although it was important to get there by around 9:00 a.m., as they filled up quickly after that. If there was one minor drawback, it would be the limited availability of poolside loungers. I imagine it could be challenging to find a spot if the hotel were operating at full capacity. That said, this was the only negative aspect of an otherwise excellent stay.
