Pros:

Appartamento spazioso, frigo in camera, colazione continentale, vicino alla spiaggia con servizio ombrelloni incluso al carolinda Beach. Ottima posizione vicino a ristoranti, noleggio bici o golf cart. In 5 minuti di bici si arriva in centro e a punta coco. Bellissima esperienza

Pros:

Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und liebevoll angelegt.
Die Lage war perfekt, nur 2 Minuten bis zum Strand.
Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen,dennoch ist man in ca. 15 Minuten im Centro von Holbox.
Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und Wünsche werden gern erfüllt.
Würde das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Leider war im Zimmer keine Möglichkeit die nassen Sachen zu trocken, wir hatten ein Zimmer ohne Terrasse bzw. Balkon.

Bon séjour dans son ensemble - beach club au top et cadre magnifique
Pros:

La piscine, le Beach club, l’emplacement, la sympathie du personnel.

Cons:

Pas de wifi dans la chambre, et le petit déjeuner se limite à 3 choix ou alors il faut payer un supplément (on ne peut pas demander à se resservir par exemple). Petit manque de lumière dans la chambre mais rien de dramatique.

Pros:

El personal muy atento. Muy buen desayuno y todos muy atentos durante la estancia. Zonas comunes preciosas y relajantes. Agua fría disponible 24 horas y una posiciona adecuada.

Algo alejado del centro y alguna mosquitera rota.

Super grazie alla fantastica Florinda. Gentilissima co ha fatto sentire a casa. Posizione molto bella per il mare e punta Coco. 10/15 minuti a piedi dal centro.
Se cercate relax va bene.

Cons:

Penso abbia bisogno di essere riamodernato. Struttura molto bella ma poco curata (piscina arredamento e dettagli)

Pros:

Todo maravilloso! Las chicas de recepción súper lindas y atentas! Te sentías en el paraíso, súper relajante y bonito todo en las instalaciones.

Cons:

El desayuno incluido estaba muy bien, pero no tenían chilaquiles :( tampoco tenían nada de salsas para acompañar el huevo. Y el huevo estaba bastante salado.

Nice but could use some love
Pros:

Nice staff, cute cabins, many amenities. Good location close to beach club, breakfast included nice. Many staff take good care of site, they rake the grounds every morning. Close contact with the reception who text you to ask for your needs, e.g. cleaning service. I'd say good for what you pay, just don't expect a new, modern accomodation. Instead, more laidback, cute, and family oriented.

Cons:

Cabins felt a bit old, cabin 5 had a slight mold scent, caution for any scorpions and other insects in the bathroom. Pools contained a lot of chlorine and can use some white paint (my bikini changed colors). Perhaps more of a family accomodation (we are a couple). Beach club could use some love, e.g. raking the beach like the neighbours in the morning, washing the seating pillows (btw same for the pool), or even replacing some pillows as they were sometimes damaged. Breakfast times only start from 8.30, which is late. Imo more OK if there is, e.g. an option of breakfast to go or something else.

Das Frühstück war immer das gleiche mit 3 x kleiner Auswahl.
Ansonsten musste man gegen Extragebphr dazubuchen. 3 Mahlzeiten zur Auswahl.
Es war schlichtweg nicht ausreichend

Super nettes Personal - hatte meinen Rucksack vergessen. Man hat ihn sogar zur Fähre gebracht - vielen lieben Dank! Sehr schöne Anlage - wir haben spontan einen Tag verlängert.

Appartement plutôt spacieux

Cons:

Nous avons eu une chambre au rdc en arrivant qui était beaucoup plus petite que sur le descriptif car elle comprenait la terrasse... du coup la chambre commune était très petite.
Nous avons dit la remarque au personnel qui nous a changé de chambre le lendemain et effectivement elle était beaucoup plus grande...

Paradijsje in het paradijs!
Pros:

Een paradijsje in het paradijs! Heerlijk verblijf gehad. Supervriendelijke medewerkers, mooi, ruim en schoon appartement. Fijn zwembad met fijne bedjes met kussens. Rustige ligging, maar snel in het centrum. Bij het hotel liggen ook verscheidene restaurants. Beachclub Carolinda is heel fijn!

Cons:

Douche was warm en had een goede straal, maar stond onhandig afgesteld.
