The location is beautiful and the property itself is lovely - a nice combination of stately and intimate
Bar prices were high and the capacity of the kitchen means you need to book in for breakfast or dinner earlier than you think. We didn’t, but the bar food for dinner was good enough.

The location and the building from the outside, a beautiful manor house.
Breakfast was poor, the continental options was basically empty, the decor of the hotel is dated as well as the furniture in the room.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful, everything was clean, our room was quiet, and the grounds were beautiful. Breakfast was also superb.
