Pros:

Czystość w pokoju i dookoła budynku, basen, Pani dbająca o czystość, kelnerzy na stołówce. Pokój czysty, sprzątany codziennie, ręczniki wymieniane. Pod tym względem nie mamy nic do zarzucenia.

Cons:

Byliśmy 3 raz i ostatni, po długiej podrózy nie czuliśmy się gośćmi hotelu, tylko problemem dla Pani z recepcji. Rozumiem, że zameldowanie jest od 14:00 i klucz otrzymamy o godz. 14:00 ale żeby nie przedłużać procedury, można formalności załatwić wcześniej, a później tylko wydać klucz. Przyjechaliśmy o 11:00 i liczyliśmy się z tym, że musimy poczekać ale 13:50 podobno pokój nie był gotowy, o 13:58 mogliśmy podejść do recepcji, bo pokój już jest przygotowany. Jedyny plus, że błednie zamówiliśmy pokój i nie było problemu z podniesiem standartu pokoju. Mieliśmy świetne porównanie hoteli, ponieważ po wyjeździe z Riva del Garda byliśmy jeszcze w hotelu w Pesaro, gdzie było bardzo, bardzo miło, sympatycznie i z uśmiechem.

Ogólnie w porządku hotel. Tragedia to śniadania, ja rozumiem włoskie śniadanie ale u nich poza jakąkolwiek oceną. Pierwszy raz mnie to spotkało a troszkę jeździmy. Miejsce idealne obok jeziora i plaży więc jak ktoś nie jada śniadań to jak najbardziej warto. Wypowiadam się o pokoju superior z dwiema łazienkami, było w pytę :) . Pozdrawiam

Sehr schönes Hotel für einen Urlaub am Gardasee.
Pros:

Entgegen den vielen negativen Bewertungen kann ich das Hotel nur sehr positiv bewerten. Zimmer groß und sauber. Frühstück reichlich und alles da was man sich wünscht. Natürlich ist das Hotel direkt an der Straße und das ist sehr viel Verkehr und laut. Das gehört aber zu Riva dazu, wenn einem das nicht passt, darf er das Hotel nicht buchen, das weiß man vorher. Dafür kurze Wege an den See und in die Stadt. Hervorzuheben ist der große, schattige hoteleigene Parkplatz, zudem noch Code gesichert.

Cons:

Einzig die Liegen m Pool gehören mal erneuert, sehr viele defekt.

Bra plats att bo på när man besöker Riva del Garda
Pros:

Ett trevligt ställe att bo på när man är i Riva del Garda. Trivsamt klassikskt hotell, fina omgivningar lätt att parkera bilen, poolen är lagom. Kort avstånd till den gamla delen av staden. Bor där vid nästa besök.
