Great location!!! (Only a minute walk from Ciacco - absolutely must try gelato)
Great wifi.
I was in the room with the single bed. However there was ample space and a cute little view.
Good Breakfast included - even though my booking.com reservation did not include breakfast!
Plenty of waters and soft drinks for free in the room fridge.
I was able to check in a couple of hours early, which was fantastic given I arrived in town early after 24 hours of travel from Australia.

Cons:

Nothing not to like.

Pros:

The staff was absolutely fanastic. We had a couple of issues happen and they went the extra mile to help us. Rooms were lovely and clean . Square footage was a bit small. Great breakfast buffet!!!!

A wonderful hotel which we would happily recommend to others.
Pros:

This lovely hotel is close walking distance to all the main attractions in Milan. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The minibar stocked with cold water, juice and soft drinks and the foyer table with fruit, sweet treats and water were very much appreciated.

Cons:

I’m sad it’s not considered a 4 star hotel because it definitely exceeds 3 stars.

Lovely Hotel
Pros:

The staff were super nice & helpful. The location was close to the metro stop and it was quiet. The breakfast was also very good. They provide soft drinks & snacks free of charge which is a nice touch!

Pros:

Чудесное расположение-5 минут до Ла- Скала. Окна выходят на Амброзиану. Аутентичный интерьер отеля. Вкусные завтраки в милом зале.

Pros:

The staff were super nice and the room was clean. It was super close to all the main attractions. We enjoyed our stay and the breakfast and snacks as well as the mini fridge stacked with cold drinks was appreciated in the hot weather. The only downside is that on the first floor and single pane windows it was a bit loud from the street.
