This was a great hotel with a friendly staff who made me feel very welcome.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was wonderful and not crowded.

Cons:

I will surely go back to this hotel when in Milan.
Pros:

The staff were amazingly helpful. Service was quick and outstanding. The provision of an outstanding breakfast, nightly free 1st glass of prosecco with chips, free water and cokes daily in room refrigerator was a big help. Their recommendation for a car to take us to Malpensa Airport was a great value and helped make our travel far more comfortable than any other alternative.

Cons:

Nothing. This is an outstanding gem of a hotel.

Fantastic 5-night stay in Milan!

Brilliant location close to great shopping and all the top sights. A lovely bonus was the complimentary soft drinks, juices, and water in the minibar!

The breakfast was wonderful, and the jars of fresh fruit were especially delicious and refreshing. The staff were super friendly, welcoming, and always eager to help.

All in all, a fantastic five-night stay in Milan. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the friendly, helpful and professional staff to the cleanliness of the rooms and property to the perfect breakfast each morning and down to the water bottles you can snag on the way in or out, this is a great place to stay. We will 100% choose Hotel Gran Duca Di York on our next trip to Milan. Literally in the center of the city and near all of the top sites. You can’t miss with this one.

3 night stay in Milan
Pros:

This hotel is very cute from the outside and lobby and the staff are very nice and helpful. The property location cannot be beat. So close and walkable to all tourist attractions and surrounding neighborhoods, yet quiet.

Cons:

The bathroom was not very clean, tub had hair in it. The room could use some updates.
