Important information:

Please note that all guests must change units on Friday, according to the property's guideline.

In case of advance payment, the credit card holder must be a guest and present a photo ID and credit card used to make the reservation upon check-in.

Children need to present their birth certificate. They must be accompanied by an adult and that adult must present their passport and have a notarized power of attorney from one of the parents.

Meals may be taken at another hotel in the chain, without prior notice, due to causes beyond our control.

The cleaning of the units is not being carried out during the stay due to Covid.

Due to Covid, gyms, playrooms and games room are working, but it is necessary to check with the reception the needs to schedule for use (consult reception).

Pontos positivos: Atendimento dos funcionários, café da manhã, a localização em frente ao shopping Singapura e limpeza.

Cons:

Sugestões de melhorias: As TV não são smart. Ainda são modelos antigos sem conexão com Wi-fi. Deveria ter um varal de roupas para pendurar as roupas molhadas pelo uso nas piscinas. Por último, um ponto que é muito desagradável é o fato do hotel não coibir a marcação das cadeiras na área das piscinas. Infelizmente, há pessoas que acham que tem o direito de deixar seus pertences marcando o local, enquanto tomam café da manhã.

A localização é perfeita, e o apartamento é bem espaçoso para 1 casal.

Cons:

Somente 2 elevadores para atender 1000 unidades, aproximadamente, é muito pouco. As esperas são constantes. Além disso, não há vagas no estacionamento para todos. Quem sai à noite não encontra vaga no retorno.

Boa localização, limpeza e espaço das piscinas.

Cons:

Estacionamento com vagas muito apertadas e lotado. Café da manhã básico e de qualidade mediana para o padrão do hotel. E como sairíamos antes do horário do café (com duas crianças pequenas) para uma viagem de cerca de 10 horas, não houve a gentileza de ser antecipado o café da manhã e muito menos o oferecimento de alguma guloseima para seguirmos viagem.

Hotel de frente o Shopping Singapura, localização excelente, profissionais da recepção, muitos educados e dispostos.
Quarto muito bom. Cama grande no quarto e na sala sofá cama.

Cons:

Olha, tem duas tvs no apartamento, mas sem streaming, apenas alguns canais, como fiquei poucos dias, foi tranquilo.
O café é gostoso, mas bem simples, não tem muita variedade.
