Pros:

Helpful and friendly staff. Room basic but clean and comfortable. Great position, close to Queen St Mall and Southbank cultural precinct. Frankie & George cafe next door is a great place for coffee and breakfast.

Pros:

Housekeeping staff were very helpful and courteous unlike the receptionists

Cons:

The front office staff who were very soonish maybe because of our skin color especially the receptionist who looked like a islander. There is no microwave to heat food that is very disappointing.

Pros:

Great location very comfortable and the staff was fantastic we even got to check in early with was a life saver as my family and I had a big travel day. Would 100% stay again

Good for a short stay
Pros:

Great location, an easy walk from Roma St Station and all of central Brisbane, or over the river to Southbank. Convenience stores and cafes within a few metres.
Beds were small (we had a twin-share room), but very comfortable and clean.

Cons:

Room could do with a good makeover, especially the bathroom. Skirting boards were breaking away from the walls in both the room and the hallway.

Cons:

房間近升降機大堂，隔音設備差，時常聽到升降機到達的鈴聲。浴缸去水差，沖完涼後往往有一寸多水留在企缸上，要等慢慢退去
