Overpriced for its condition.
Pros:

The hotel is well positioned in the city and convenient to Queen St Mall, the South Bank, and Roma Street and Central Railway Stations.

Cons:

It was basic, dated and well overdue for a facelift. Given what was provided, it was poor value for money. That said, establishments in the Brisbane CBD was unexpectedly expensive. Travellers would get far better value staying a little away from the CBD, then using the train or ferry to get into the CBD.

Terrible wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The bed was very small. I’m 175cm and my feet were hanging over the end of the bed!
The TV wasn’t connected to the internet so couldn’t access any channels. The room odour was that of moist and mouldy. Couldn’t open a window.

Very convenient location in the heart of the city
Pros:

The location is fantastic and central and there’s a great cafe on the doorstep of the lobby. On site parking which was secure. Great wifi, I ran an online meeting from my room.

Cons:

The rooms are a bit pokey, and there was a musty smell in my room- likely from old carpet.
