If you really need to work in the hotel, consider to request for a room with better WiFi connection.
Pros:

Great location. I can easily access any of the food places I want to go nearby. There are nearby public transports but too bad I do not get to use them often because the main KTM train lines are under maintenance.

Cons:

The room I am in is at the Hotel's WiFi dead zone. I could not connect my laptop to the WiFi and had to resort to my own mobile hotspot. But I somehow have no issues with my mobile phone connecting to the same WiFi.

Pros:

Hotel has done some refurbishment, a new coat of paint on some area, the corridor is brighter and looks much better.

Cons:

1) the shower-head in room 301 needs repair or change to a new one.
2) please place more bottled water in the room, 2-small bottles is insufficient.
3) upon booking, I stated that I’ll arrive hotel late at night in 11Sep but unfortunately I was delayed, reached KL on 12Sep to check-in early morning at 6.30am, was told my room was cancelled due to no show ?!
I explained that I’ve pre-paid for the room so hotel shouldn’t cancel my room till 12pm on 12Sep….The reception did arrange for the room for me, so all was fine.

La chambre est assez serrée surtout pour plusieurs personnes.
