We enjoyed our stay and the convenience to the trains, buses and cbd.
Pros:

The location was within walking distance to the train station bus stops and the cbd

It could be fabulous but it’s just ok.
Pros:

The location is great, the hotel is clean easy to find and access. Great location for anything at RAC Arena or along the train line.

Cons:

Rooms at the front of the hotel facing Wellington Street are noisy. Coffee machine in both the rooms I had was broken. We asked for a pot of tea in the restaurant at breakfast and were told there is tea in our rooms 🤯. It could be fabulous here but it’s just okay.
