The shower channel had mold and gunk inside it and very visable from inside the shower.
The staff upgraded me to the executive suite for free which was very nice my view was good
I could see visible mould and grime around a lot of the shower every maybe 3 to 40 minutes the ventilation would make a really loud noise almost like an electric saw then a really loud thud the TV would randomly turn on by itself wasn’t all that much room to park and I agree with a lot of the other reviews that the dining area is not big enough for the amount of people that stay there but the worst thing was there was a pillowcase stuffed under the bed that someone had prior used to wipe their behind and there was faeces on it I put the picture down below. I don’t know how the people that come in and clean the rooms didn’t find it and there was also a thick coating of dust above the TV

A little bit further out of town than I usually stay. Still convenient. Staff could have been better. Were generally not very engaged, gave me a room I didn’t book because the one I booked they said wasn’t available. They weren’t awful. Just not great.

I liked that the front doors were locked after a certain time for safety.
My confirmation email explained parking and said we could get pass from front desk but the woman who was very rude just said no you are wrong! I was not! She talked to my partner and I like children both almost 50. We didn’t have breakfast at property for what you pay we went down the st to another property paid less and we were offered more in a very comfy big warm bright clean dinning room. we stayed four nights fist day room was serviced no towels were changed it got better as the days went by. Lifts were very dusty well the mirrors were. St signage was terrible for a couple trying to check in for the first time greatful we left the kids at home, Unfortunately my partner just landed from central Queensland so he was very tired and frustrated better customer service, signage, information about parking, training and general area information skills would help also consistency these simple practices will help immensely.
