The location was the only real positive aspect of our stay. The hotel is very centrally located, and most of Valencia’s main attractions, restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance.
Unfortunately, almost everything else about our stay was disappointing. When we arrived, we found a clump of someone else’s hair in the shower and more hair on one of the bathrobes, which immediately raised concerns about the cleanliness of the room.
Even worse, during the night we saw cockroaches coming out of the floor drains in the bathroom. This was extremely unpleasant and made it very difficult to feel comfortable in the room.
We specifically booked a room with a spa bath, but the spa function did not work at all during our stay. The Wi-Fi was also practically unusable for all three days.
Another major issue is the limited reception hours. Reception closes at around 4 PM, so when problems occurred later in the day, it was extremely difficult to reach anyone or get assistance. With several issues in the room, this was particularly frustrating.
Overall, we paid approximately €500 for three nights, and considering the cleanliness issues, cockroaches, non-functioning spa bath, unusable Wi-Fi and very limited access to reception, the stay was absolutely not worth the price. We ended up spending as little time as possible at the hotel and mainly returned just to sleep. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again.

La camera pulita, ottima posizione vicinissimo piazza della cattedrale, colazione ottima, personale cordiale e disponibile
Posizione e pulizia. La camera al 3 piano, silenziosa letto comodo, benché al piano terra vi sia un bar ristorante, si è dormito bene.Arrivati in mattinata ci hanno tenuto 2 zaini, inquanto check in solo dalle 16.00 alle 23.30.
Camera e bagno piccole, doccia non ben isolata con fuoriuscita di un po d' acqua verso la camera.

The shower flooded really badly and by the marks around the room (and the fact that the door was open when I arrived) you can tell this has happened many times before.
