Pros:

Všetko bolo perfektné, hotel priamo na pláži a zároveň v centre obklopený promenádou, obchodmi a reštauráciami. Raňajky boli vynikajúce a bohaté. Perfektné bolo aj to, že hotel bezplatne ponúka požičanie bicyklov čo sa nám veľmi páčilo a prešli sme si celé mesto. Parkovisko bolo v cene ale vzdialené od hotela pár metrov no nebol to žiadny problém nakoľko to bolo skutočne na “skok” od hotela a na vykonanie check in a check out ste si mohli zaparkovať priamo pohodlne pred hotel. Takže všetko hodnotíme pozitívne a určite si tento hotel ukladáme ako favorita aj na ďalšiu návštevu. A aby som nezabudla, celý personál bol profesionálny, milý a ústretový. Ďakujeme za všetko!

The reception staff were very kind, helpful and accommodating. I also really enjoyed the breakfast area and the terrace, which both offered a beautiful view of the beach.

Cons:

Although the exterior of the property and the private beach look impeccable, the rooms are in complete contrast. They are old-fashioned, unattractive and in need of renovation. It is not surprising that there are no photos of the rooms posted.

​Siamo stati all'Hotel Bella Riva proprio ieri ed è stata un'esperienza fantastica. L'hotel è bellissimo, estremamente pulito e in una posizione fronte mare davvero spettacolare.
​Ad accoglierci abbiamo trovato uno staff super gentile e trasparente: all'arrivo ci hanno spiegato tutto in modo chiarissimo. La colazione è fantastica, abbondante come piace a me, con tantissima scelta e cibo ottimo, il tutto gustato con una splendida vista sul mare.
​Un plauso speciale per l'efficienza e la disponibilità: ho chiesto informazioni per il fiorista più vicino e mi hanno dato anche le biciclette dell'hotel per raggiungerlo comodamente.
​Servizio impeccabile, cura del cliente da 10 e lode e atmosfera meravigliosa. Torneremo sicuramente!

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist top. Das Personal super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich gleich herzlich willkommen und bekommt alles gut erklärt. Wie das mit dem Parkplatz gelöst ist, hat uns sehr gefallen. Sonnenschirm und Liegen sind bezahlbar ( sogar ein Safe am Schirm, das hatten wir noch nie). Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich, für jeden etwas dabei und sehr appetitlich angerichtet. Es war ein super toller Aufenthalt. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Innenhof. Das war etwas ungewöhnlich, aber hat den Eindruck nicht beeinträchtigt.
