Pros:

A estadia foi ótima! O local fica a apenas duas quadras da Praia de Iracema e há muitas opções de restaurantes, mercados e outros serviços por perto. É preciso subir alguns lances de escada, mas nada fora do normal. A recepção foi muito atenciosa e tranquila durante toda a estadia. O custo-benefício é excelente.

Todo o ambiente no apartamento era confortável, supriu as nossas necessidades. Cama confortável, ar condicionado gelou muito bem! Wi-fi disponível foi ótimo! Tinha panelas e louças para usar, foi muito útil!
A localização é super acessível, próximo à praia, próximo a pontos turísticos, fomos em vários a pé!

Cons:

Sentimos falta somente de panos de prato pra auxiliar no secar das louças e também de detergente e esponja pra lavar os pratos que foram disponíveis.

Pros:

O espaço é ótimo, bem discreto, pertinho da praia, do Pinheiro, de outras lojas.. o apartamento é enorme e tem tudo, bem agradável e aconchegante.

Cons:

A cama poderia ser um pouco melhor e o ar condicionado faz um pouco de barulhento.
