The hotel is in a good location, general the interior is good. But already when I checked in, the person didn't like his job too much. While friendly but not warm and welcoming. I don't like the fact that Marriott is starting not to provide daily room service. I am sorry, this is a hotel, and I can go to a VBRO if I want to do my bed on my own. I had two rooms and spend over 1K. So I asked for daily service, and they noted it, and I guess being a Titanium member helps. The room was so loud. The AC was just like an old car muffler all night long. I figured out quickly why they gave you one of those ear plugs for free. Next room were two dogs, barking all night. Not their fault but when you allow animals you have to think about it a bit. For example when you check in, asking me if that is an issue for me?
Chandler is a fantastic sever! If you are staying at the AC Hotel in Tempe definitely swing by for the breakfast. Great atmosphere and he makes a great iced cappuccino.

Rooms are beautiful, simple, and cozy! The rooftop pool is stunning, and the workout room is amazing. The front desk was super friendly and helpful. Chandler helped us every morning with our coffees and a yummy breakfast — he was very funny and personable and always made us laugh! The staff all over the hotel are wonderful and so attentive.

Chandler was amazing this week! He learned not only my name but the names of every person that came into the breakfast/bar area. He was friendly and already knew what you wanted and had it started for you. He made the mornings very easy and smooth to get in and out for breakfast.
Fantastic experience with notably exceptional hospitality from Chandler. Just one example, I mentioned I liked an oat milk latte my first morning, but they didn’t have oat milk. The next morning he had gotten some just for me. He remembered everyone’s names and went above and beyond to accompdate.
The stay at AC hotel Tempe was great. We had a 4 night stay at the hotel and the staff made it very comfortable and pleasant. The restaurant staff, Logan and Chandler I believe were awesome. They are very empathetic and make sure everyone is taken care of. 10 on 10 to both.
Great location and amazing staff in the kitchen with Logan and Chandler, and at the bar with Lexi and Carlota. I had an amazing prosciutto and egg breakfast before heading off to my work meeting and a good old fashioned at night
