The finca is just beautiful, photos don’t do it justice. Our room was so spacious and had beautiful views of the mountain. The pool was so relaxing and such a beautiful setup. Breakfast was so fresh and plenty to choose from. Staff were so friendly and accomodating. This was the perfect place to spend our honeymoon!
We had a minor issue with the drain in our room, but the staff were very attentive in resolving the issue and went above and beyond. We were so impressed with the level of service.
It was quiet and relaxing just what we wanted

We spent the most enjoyable week at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choice, and our room was lovely. The location was absolutely amazing.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the pool was perfect. We spent the majority of our time there, enjoying how peaceful and relaxing it was.
The free shuttle bus to and from the town and port was also a lovely touch and very much appreciated.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and are planning our return visit for next year!
The only downside for us was that the room was open plan, with the bathroom forming part of the main room, which wouldn’t have been our preferred choice.
The lighting in the room could also have been better, and the bathroom mirror was quite far away, making it difficult for my wife to apply her make-up. A full-length mirror in the room would have been a useful addition.
A few little touches, such as providing a box of tissues, would also have made the room feel a little more comfortable and complete.
Alles was perfect. We waren enorm onder de indruk van de kamer, het heerlijke bed en rooftop, de service, het eten en de gehele omgeving. Het is echt een paradijs en we zouden heel graag terug willen komen.
Wow Cannot recommend enough! A gorgeous few days spent at Ca N’ai - what an unbelievable setting nestled away in the mountains but close to Soller and the port (added bonus hotel provides a free shuttle in the evenings!) Amelia and her team were so friendly and welcoming, thank you for looking after us! Pool and breakfast view couldn’t be topped. We’ll be telling all our friends and family to visit!

Hem passat unes vacances espectaculars a Ca N’Ai! La finca és preciosa i inacabable, el servei és amabilíssim i proper i l’ambient de l’hotel és inmillorable. L’entorn de la piscina és molt tranquil i relaxant. L’esmorzar és excel•lent amb moltíssimes opcions. L’hotel ofereix un shuttle gratuït tant al Port de Sóller com a Sóller als vespres. L’habitació era ben àmplia i còmoda. Com a extra, els coixins i el matalàs eren comodíssims, cosa que no és habitual en molts hotels. Moltes gràcies a tot l’equip de Ca N’Ai que ens han tractat de meravella!

Nit picking here, be good to have bottled water for your kettle that you don’t have to pay for from your mini bar.
Le personnel charmant, le jardin et la piscine magnifiques, le fait de pouvoir dîner sur place.
Le petit train dans lequel on peut embarquer au fond du jardin. Le calme de la propriété.
Le menu pourrait varier davantage.
A receptividade, gentileza educação de todos os funcionários do hotel foi algo que me tocou. Mesmo sendo brasileira e falando pouco espanhol pude manter diálogo com todos e percebi que todos se esforçaram para me entender e me explicar tudo. A Marion foi extremamente perfeita durante nossa estadia, nos fazendo sentir em casa e acolhidos ali ela é extremamente receptiva, profissional e ao mesmo tempo possui um jeito agradável de nos tratar! A finca nem se fala, um charme. A instalação antiga porém extremamente conservada e bem cuidada nos fazia voltar anos atrás e nos sentir de fato numa outra época da história. O café da manhã muito bom também e quero enaltecer a moça que nos atendeu extremamente simpática e alto astral. O fato de podermos ter acesso a água filtrada a hora que quiséssemos também foi incrível.
Não se trata de um defeito mas os travesseiro poderiam ser um pouco menos altos. Mas é gosto pessoal mesmo.
