Tres bon! So much to see…
Pros:

No expense was spared in the renovation and furnishing of your hotel. If we lived closer, we would make your hotel a “date night” location and stay in a different theme room each time. The staff were so accommodating and friendly. Would like to have a tour of the rooms.

Cool vibes at the Retro Suites
Pros:

Our experience was great from start to finish. The room was exceptional in design and comfort. Staff was friendly and helpful. The overall vibe of the hotel was so much fun with all the art pieces throughout the space, inside and out! Would definitely go back!
As an added bonus, the onsite restaurant was great as well!

Beyond our expectations...
Pros:

Absolutely beautiful and went beyond our expectations. Highly recommend!! Spacious, clean and we loved the retro vibe. It was a scenic, 5 minute walk to the wedding venue which was so convenient. In the morning, we helped ourselves to the complimentary coffee and pastry bar and went for a refreshing walk down the river and through the park. What a gem in the heart of downtown Chatham. Loved it!

Great hotel but go elsewhere for breakfast.
Pros:

Convenient location. Quiet room and very clean. Love the retro decor! Staff are 5/5. Restaurant is very good.

Disappointed in what they euphemistically call a 'continental breakfast'. A hotel of this caliber should serve a decent breakfast, not sugary snacks.

Felt Like Royalty
Pros:

We stayed in the King William suite, it was beautiful. This was the 4th time we have stayed at the Retro Suites and every experience has been wonderful. The rooms always exciting, the staff very nice and helpful.

Unique experience. Oh the food!
Pros:

Retro Suites is a very unique hotel, you will not find anything similar.

We had a great stay.
Pros:

The building is funky and imaginatively designed space. Lots of character and a sense of fun infused in the decorative choices and the twists and turns required to find your room. Rooms are large and comfortable.

Cons:

The breakfast offerings were disappointing.
An in house cafe would be a welcome addition to the facility.
