Important information:

HOTEL POLICIES:
Lost or unreturned keycard will be charged: VND200,000/key.
Local strong smell fruits (durian, jackfruit…) and pets are not allowed.
NO smoking is prohibited area/non-smoking rooms, violation will be fined at VND5,000,000.
Soiled lines due to faeces or unremovable dirt/stain will be applied the compensation based on the valued of linen price list.
Visiting hours from 6:00am -10:00pm daily and visitors must register follow the hotel’s regulation. Any additional guests after 10:00pm must follow the hotel’s policy of additional accompany and extra fee.
Hotel is not responsible for items lost or misplaced in the guest room. Safety box is available free of charge in each room for safekeeping of these items.
Extra fee will be applied for the accompany / extra person who exceed registered numbers upon check-in follow the hotel’s policy.

The airport transportation prices:
7 seats: VND 1,000,000 net per car per way (max 4 people)
16 seats: VND 1,500,000 net per car per way (max 10 people)

Excellent option in Ho Chi Minh
Pros:

We had travel from Hanoi south through Vietnam and our final stay after three weeks was in Ho Chi Minh ,we chose the Sila Urban Living Hotel, on the edge of district one,near the business district.
The initial feeling of the hotel was how good is this ,we were up graded the Executive rooms which had fully fitted kitchen ,large bath room with a huge walk in shower recess.Our two previous hotels had the awkward stand in baths with a hand held shower .
The room was presented in immaculate condition ,towels nice and soft,we had rooms 507and 508 which over looked the pool.
The hotel was fitted out with a gym ,sauna and spa
The buffet breakfast was only just,some of the cooked food were only lukewarm,the Pho and egg station was disappointing.
But overall the hotel was very good possibly the best of the four hotels we stayed at.
The staff were very good and extremely helpful.
The shopping in the immediate area was not that good but from an Australian point of view the Vietnamese Grab transport system is unbelievably fantastic.
They arrive in a very short time and the cost is hard to fathom,so you could go any where for a nominal cost.
Back to the Sila Uban Living hotel I can highly recommend looking for accommodation in Ho Chi Minh.we had a Luxury Escape package ,breakfast ,one lunch and cocktails each inch.great place to stay

Lovely spacious apartment in a well appointed and serviced block.
Pros:

Excellent serviced apartment, decent French restaurant on ground floor. Studio spacious and well appointed, ground floor pool and gym open 24 hrs. Great reception service, laundry room for apartments without a washing machine. Very good value for money in a cool District 3 neighbourhood.

Amazing stay.
Pros:

Everything. It was amazing and the best place we stayed at in Vietnam. We have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a dining table, sofa, full kitchen and full size fridge, washing, drying and ironing facilities and 3 TVs. The pool is open 24 hours. It was brilliant.

Cons:

Getting out of the bath was a huge step down for me.

Pros:

Riesiges Appartement, bequemes Bett. Super Lage recht zentral aber doch ruhig. Schöner Pool.

Cons:

Kein Frühstück inklusive für den Preis und vietnamesische Verhältnisse dann recht teuer. Zimmer war leider sehr muffig. Hat nach Schimmel gerochen. Rezeption konnte kaum Englisch und war nicht freundlich und konnte keine Frage beantworten.

Stayed at the Sila Urban Living Hotel on the Saigon portion of our tour.
Pros:

Perfect location. Staff was amazing. Restaurant had great food, breakfast and dinner.

We were delighted with all aspects of our stay and will definitley return.
Pros:

Well planned minimalist room (executive 1 bedroom) that covers all the essentials and presents very nicely. Maintained to a high standard by excellent cleaning staff. Pool, spa and steam room were a pleasure to relax in, well serviced and rejuvenating.

Cons:

Interior noise from other apartments was occasionally intrusive. Water availability could be more generous .. 2 small bottles for 2 adults is just a tease

Can't fault anything
Pros:

Lovely hotel & good location for lots of attractions. Rooms & bathrooms are generous & very clean. Bed felt quite firm but was actually very comfortable. Pool was very welcome after a hot day of sightseeing. Lots of cafes, restaurants & bars nearby; Pasteur craft beer bar is next door & serves good food as well as beer!
