Convenient and super great value for centrally located boutique hotel.
Pros:

Excellent and easy location in town. Breakfast prepared on the spot with a large menu selection. Reception up one floor and room up another floor. Quiet enough and away from main thoroughfares. Room tidy and decorated nicely with extra touches. Staff super friendly and happy to help with bags from parking they reserved for us a 10 minute walk away. Definitely a step up in quality boutique hotel. Highly recommend.

I expected parking would be a walk away and staff super happy to meet and carry bags. Nothing we didn’t like.

Friendly, helpful staff hosting a great room in an ideal location.
Pros:

The location was brilliant - inside the very exclusive 'palace walls' and mintues away from everything you need to enjoy Split. The accommodation itself was excellent. Very clean and comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very impressive given there are only 3 rooms in this very boutique hotel - well worth booking!

Absolutely nothing!

Attractive boutique hotel in the center of the old city.
Pros:

Beautiful boutique hotel and clean and attractive rooms. Food offerings at breakfast were also very good The staff were first-rate , and available to guide guests wherever they hade to be in the central city (!).

Cons:

The coffee machine and coffee were pitiful — fat below an acceptable standard for a hotel of this caliber that also has good breakfast food offerings. The machine uses poor instant coffee and all the coffee offerings are pre-sweetened. We had to go out for morning coffee every day.

Well located clean and comfortable.
Pros:

The Heritage Hotel was very well located in the old town. Our room was a good size, comfortable, very clean and nicely air conditioned. There is no lift but that was no problem for us.

Amazing hotel in Split
Pros:

The rooms are amazing. So cute and quaint. Close to hustle and bustle but not on the main plaza. Staff was so friendly. By far the friendliest of anywhere I’ve been in Europe or US. Breakfast was included and was cooked to order from from select list of options. Highly recommend!

This hotel is a little gem of Croatia.
Pros:

Having traveled extensively, I can confidently say that this hotel is unparalleled. The staff provided truly exceptional service and the location is perfect.

Upon our arrival in Split, we found ourselves disoriented and unable to locate the hotel. We called for assistance, and a staff member promptly came to our aid, even carrying our luggage across the city and then ascending four flights of stairs with our two 32kg cases. Similarly, at check-out, a different staff member carried our luggage down, assisted us across the city, and waited with us until our transfer arrived.

The hotel itself was impeccably clean and thoughtfully equipped with every amenity one could desire. It possesses a very stylish aesthetic and a most pleasant ambiance.

Breakfast was a delightful experience, offering a continental selection along with the option to choose a cooked breakfast item. Although fried eggs were not listed on the menu, the staff graciously prepared them for us.

We highly recommend and we would definitely return.

We would like to thank all the staff for making our staying perfect and one we will never forget.

"Splendid Villa Split Heritage Hotel"
Pros:

We stayed in the Annex of the Hotel. The room provided all the necessary comfort including controllable air conditioning. The breakfasts were amazing with a great choice. The staff of Ivona, Zoran, Jakov and Kika were extremely helpful, friendly and respectful and nothing was too much trouble. All spoke perfect English. We were no more than ten minutes from any of the sites, restaurants, bars and the waterfront. A perfect location. The room was very clean with beautiful stone walls dating back to aprox 15 century giving it a great feel. We would return to this hotel in a heartbeat. Graham & Sandy Brighton

Just Lovely!!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! From the moment Zoran met us and graciously helped us with our luggage to the moment we checked out, we had a great experience. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the A/C worked perfectly. Our suite and the entire hotel was immaculate. There was a huge selection offered at breakfast as well as made to order omelets. Jakov, Zoron and the entire staff were very friendly. The hotel is also located in the heart of the city. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a truly boutique hotel experience!
