Mauvaise expérience
Pros:

J’ai réservé une nuit pour venir après 7h de vol sans dormir le matin dormir un peu à l’hôtel mais j’étais choquée de la situation de la chambre la Clim était défectueuse quand j’ai demandé de voir il m’ont dit tout simplement que il peuvent rien faire vu le technicien n’est pas disponible j’ai demandé un changement de chambre mais j’étais ignorer car je dois quitter avant 12 aucun geste n’a était fait en plus j’avais 3 enfants qui ont subit la chaleur incroyable de Marrakech en plein été pour payer un tel prix pour un service nul je regrette fortement c’était ma première et dernière expérience dans cet hotel et la meilleure c’est que le réceptionniste m’a dit tu dois te contenter de climat il fait pas tellement chaud aujourd’hui je paye un tel prix pour recevoir un tel service

Propreté, personnel sympa... c'est tout

Cons:

Salle de bain... Climatisation horriblement bruyante, chambre au design très vétuste... Terriblement difficile de se garer dans la journée. Un vrai problème, très pénible. Le prix est injustifié. C'est un hôtel à 35€ pas à 50€ !!!

Pros:

chambre en état correcte, odeur désagréable, fenetre qui ne se ferme pas bien. j'entendais le bruit des voitures la nuit...

Cons:

la salle de bain, le matelas et la fenetre qui ne se fermait pas et en plus j'y étais avec mon mari qui est français et nous n'avons pas pu partager une chambre ensemble.
