The sfay was wonderful. I hughly recommend it and will definitely be back.
Pros:

The property was very confortable, clean and modern. Excellent lication, just a 10 minute walk grom the Colosseum and the Trevi Fontain.
The reception staff were very attentive and friendly at both check-in and checkout.

Cons:

The only downside was the brakfast; im my opinion, it didn’t quite meet the standard of a 4 star hotel - it could have been better and offered more variety.

Great hotel, high standard, centrally located
Pros:

Exceptional staff: The team was warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful with local tips, recommendations, and practical advice.
​Spacious & clean room: Perfectly suited for our family (two adults, two kids, and a baby). The design is modern, spotless, and comfortable. The beds were great, the A/C worked flawlessly, and the complimentary bottle of wine was a wonderful welcoming touch.
​Breakfast: An upgraded continental breakfast, fresh, rich, and delicious – exceeded our expectations.
​Facilities & accessibility: Having two elevators made getting around with a stroller effortless.
​Unbeatable location: In the heart of the city, surrounded by restaurants, mini-markets, and shops, with a bus stop right outside and easy access to Uber. Very walkable to major sights like the Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum, even with kids and a stroller.

Cons:

Minor points for improvement: Really minor details in an otherwise superb stay – slightly thicker pillows would be nice, and a couple of extra towel hooks in the bathroom would help. On the 4th floor, there was a faint sound from the rooftop at times, but nothing disruptive. Overall, amazing value for money!

The Glam Rome
Pros:

The Glam is in a great location to see all the sites. Our room was very comfortable and clean. We especially liked the rooftop restaurant and bar. For early evening drinks and great to start the day with breakfast out there, too. The staff were super helpful and friendly

Great location, classy modern interior, comfortable, good breakfast, but shower situation a little odd.
Pros:

Location was great. Love that we were so close to some many good restaurants and cute little shops in Monti that were all within 5 minutes. It was also very close but also just far enough away from the heavy tourist areas that it was equally convenient for walking but felt less chaotic. The complimentary Breakfast was also great and I liked the interior design of the property and rooms. Air conditioning was also very good as it was bit hot in Rome.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was the shower situation in my room, which is why I down graded the overall score of the hotel. The shower was in a separate location than the WC/ Toilet room with a vanity that had a door for privacy. The shower was open to the room and those tucked in a nook there was no privacy for bathing with another person in the room as the shower enclosure was just glass. I booked a king room and was sharing with my mother. I travel with her often and don’t mind sharing a bed, and though we aren’t total prudes we didn’t really want to risk being seen bathing. We made it work but it was a unique experience. I understand it’s a remodeled older building and adding bathrooms/ showers is difficult but even frosted glass or an addition of an options opaque curtain would be helpful for privacy.

Pros:

Excelente servicio del personal , restaurante y desayuno bueno. El hotel estaba muy bien ubicado, y la habitacion muy buena amplia, cómoda y muy bien decorada y organizada. Nos encantó el hotel.

Cons:

podría mejorar la temperatura del aire acondicionado, ya que fue verano y por mas que lo tenías en el maximo de baja temperatura , sin embargo creemos que no era algo del hotel en general en toda la ciudad es igual con los aires acondicionados.

Pros:

La estadía fue fantástica! Nos gustaron mucho las instalaciones del hotel, y sobre todo el servicio de todo el personal ( Juan Carlos que nos atendió en el desayuno fue muy amable). Llegamos al hotel unas horas antes del check in, y la recepcionista (una mujer de ojos claros) nos permitio ingresar antes a nuestra habitación, lo cual fue muy valioso porque recien llegábamos de un viaje muy largo y estábamos cansados.
La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, recorrimos casi todo caminando. Tanto de dia como de noche salir y volver al hotel fue, ademas de comodo, super seguro.
La habitación era muy amplia, siempre muy limpia y las camas super comodas.
Cenamos la última noche en el Restaurant de la terraza. La comida riquísima y el servicio impecable! Muy buenos cocktails!
