Decent enough value for money
Pros:

Great location, spacious room and bathroom, had the facilities we required. Decent for the price.

Cons:

The toilet seat kept falling off and the bathroom in general could go with some TLC.

The staffing situation seemed odd, receptionist didn’t greet us straight away when we checked in, and then around the clock there didn’t really seem to be any staff around!

Pros:

The accommodation was adequate and the facilities were all operational.

Cons:

General feeling of run down - ness. Generally everywhere needed a deeper clean and shine. More staff needed to make the stay more welcoming.

Our room had no key - we had to leave it unlocked when we went out! Sink and window ledges were dirty.

Very clean, bed was very comfortable. Good private car park. Very helpful staff.

Cons:

Wasing and showering privacy: An extra curtain would have been good between sink and bed area.
Only one chair.

Quiet, comfortable, clean
Pros:

We arrived later than expected and had to leave early in the morning. The check-in and out was easy. Exiting the building early morning was easy too. A really good hotel, clean, helpful staff, comfy beds, lovely shower room area.

Cons:

It took a while to find the car park, but once we found it there was adequate car parking.

Very good and enjoyable, staff and facilities made it value for money.
Pros:

Did not have breakfast but used the dining facilities the evening of my stay. Food was of a good quality and the service of staff was professional, polite and friendly.
I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

Cons:

Busy road with traffic noise.

Lovely Indian, Nepalese restaurant.
Bedrooms were very modern and clean and large

Cons:

It was very quiet, couldn't find anyone at check-in or check-out...
But when they appeared, everything was perfect.
