Nos gusto que estaba bastante cerca de ciertos puntos que necesitabamos visitar. Fue fácil accesar y fueron amables

Cons:

Quizás solamente que la televisión no funciona muy bien no podíamos ver casi nada, y el agua de la piscina estaba demasiado clorada.

La ubicación muy bonita

Cons:

Las limpieza, me hicieron esperar por la habitación hasta las tres según porque no estaba limpia y me entregaron las sábanas llenas de ácaros y chinches, la alberca llena de gusanos y mucho cloro se sentía mucho el olor muy mala experiencia

Niks, het was zo vies dat we niet eens hebben overnacht.

Cons:

Alle beesten op het matras en op de muren. We zijn middernacht weggevlucht naar een andere locatie. Geld nog niet terug gekregen. De man die daar werkte was ongelooflijk chagrijnig en ongeïnteresseerd. Het boeide hem ook niks dat we weggingen en hij leek ook niet verbaasd. Ook geen excuses gekregen. Zeer dramatisch.

Great Hotel in Merida!
Pros:

This hotel was wonderful, very close to the center but without the noise. Great attentive staff, excellent, clean pool. Great wifi, comfortable beds and air conditioning plus excellent value.
We'll definitely return!
