Quiet location and comfortable. Room was clean. Reception were very polite and helpful. Local restaurants about 30 mins walk. Good breakfast included so good value. Pool was good.

Dear Customer Service,

I am writing to formally raise serious concerns regarding my recent stay, as I believe the property was materially misrepresented compared to the experience delivered.

I specifically booked this resort based on its presentation as a luxury retreat offering premium hospitality, spa facilities, pool access, restaurant service, manicured grounds, and a fully operational guest experience in a peaceful remote setting.

The reality was profoundly disappointing.

During my stay, I was directly informed that there was only one staff member working across the entire resort.

This fact alone was extremely alarming and immediately explained much of what guests were experiencing:• Minimal service• Limited guest support• Neglected atmosphere• Operational shortcomings• Lack of genuine hospitality

Rather than a functioning luxury retreat, the property felt severely understaffed, under-managed, and closer to an abandoned or “ghost hotel” environment.

Additional concerns included:

• Facilities appearing unavailable, poorly maintained, or lacking proper oversight• Outdated jacuzzi/water quality records still displaying 2024• Grounds and maintenance standards falling below premium expectations• Visible deterioration and deferred repairs• Lack of the cared-for retreat environment central to the property’s marketing• Significant mismatch between listing representation and real guest experience

I booked this property specifically to enjoy a fully serviced retreat with comfort, care, and premium amenities.

Instead, I encountered a severely under-resourced operation that failed to provide the level of service, atmosphere, and facilities reasonably expected.

This is not a minor dissatisfaction —it is a serious issue of misleading representation.

Had the true operational reality been clear, I would not have chosen this property.

Hotel mit angenehmer Privatsphäre und sehr freundlichem Service
Pros:

Schöne, ruhige Lage, mehrere kleine Wohneinheiten. Wir hatten einen Hund dabei und uns wurde ein ideales Zimmer mit direktem Ausgang nach draussen zugeteilt. Ausserordentlich freundliche Bedienung.
