Ondanks we vaste klanten zijn kregen we een ‘verlaten’ kamer voor de prijs van een super deluxe kamer. Bank was stuk, was super gevaarlijk met de kinderen. Bekraste tafel, oogde helemaal niet netjes. De deur dat met geen enkel kaart open te krijgen was. Uiteindelijk na uren sukkelen gewoon een sleutel meegekregen. Wat me weer enorm veel verantwoordelijkheid gaf, wat als ik deze sleutel verlies.

Standaard kamers die zeker niet de prijs waard zijn.
Cons:

Vooraf hadden wij expliciet gevraagd om kamers naast of dicht bij elkaar, omdat wij met jonge kinderen reisden. Dit verzoek werd per e-mail bevestigd. Tot onze teleurstelling bleken de kamers bij aankomst in twee verschillende gedeeltes van het hotel te liggen. De receptie gaf aan dat zij hier niets aan konden veranderen. Wij vinden het jammer dat een bevestigd verzoek uiteindelijk niet is nagekomen.

Super limpio, cómodo y las camas súper buenas

Cons:

El desayuno bueno sobresaliente lo que no me gustó del desayuno que tiene que pagar las tortillas francesa aparte normalmente eso tiene que estar incluido en el desayuno por lo demás todo bueno como el personal de la cocina como el personal de la sala
