Mein Fazit: Nie wieder, unter keinen Umständen!
Pros:

Bei der Ankunft gibt es zuerst mal 15 Minuten Wartezeit. Einfach weil man es verschlafen hat, die Reservationen zu kontrollieren und vorzubereiten. Es funktioniert zwar alles im Zimmer, aber es macht einen düsteren Eindruck. Die Duschwanne ist beschädigt und weist einen schwarzen Fleck auf. Die siebzigjährigen Vorhänge dürften mal gegen hellere und hübschere ausgetauscht werden. Die Schranktüren klemmen. Preis und Leistung passen nicht zusammen.
Im Restaurant wird Italienisch gesprochen, Kommunikation in Deutsch ist sehr harzig. Die Hotelgäste werden nicht so platziert, dass sie in Ruhe essen können, sondern so, dass die Bedienung ganz kurze Wege hat. Am Preis-Leistungsverhältnis darf noch gearbeitet werden. Pizza ist ok, aber andere Speisen sind z.T. den Preis nicht wert. Das Frühstück als reichhaltig zu bezeichnen, ist übertrieben.

Cons:

Telefonisch ist die Hoteladministration nicht zu erreichen. Man gerät immer an jemanden vom Servicepersonal und wird auf den Kommunikationsweg per E-Mail verwiesen. Nach zwei Anrufen, zwei Mails und fünf verflossenen Tagen warte ich immer noch auf eine Antwort, ob ein liegengelassener Gegenstand im Wert von über CHF 200 gefunden wurde und an mich zurückgegeben werden könnte. Sich nicht auf die Kommunikation mit den Kunden einzulassen, ist einfach fies. Ganz schlechter Kundendienst!
Man fühlt sich in diesem Hotel/Restaurant nicht willkommen, eher wie ein Eindringling bei der Pizza-Connection.

Pros:

J'ai réservé une chambre simple, en signalant que j'aimerais un lit sans rebord parce que je mesure 2 m 04. A l'arrivée, le propriétaire (Domenico) me donne, sans supplément, une chambre avec lit matrimonial, me disant que j'y serais mieux vu ma taille. C'est d'une attention au client et d'une gentillesse à la personne hors du commun. Le personnel, italien, est d'ailleurs tout entier d'une grande sollicitude.
Chambre no 9 belle, lumineuse, spacieuse, rustique, avec petite salle d'eau privative. Restaurant italien de bonne qualité et aux prix raisonnables. Situation de l'hôtel on ne peut meilleure pour qui voyage comme moi en transport public; on est en face de la gare, à 15 mètres.
En somme, hôtel très recommandable.

Ich werde wieder da übernachten.
Pros:

Da ich meistens mit dem ÖV unterwegs bin, ist das Hotel ideal gelegen. Ich habe mich wohl gefühlt. Das Angebot des Hotels war ideal für mich.

Pros:

Posizione molto comoda a due passi dal centro e di fronte alla stazione, staff molto gentile e disponibile, colazione a buffet super, camera non grandissima con tutto il necessario.

Auf keinen Fall wieder .... Das Hotel kann ich nicht weiterempfehlen im Gegenteil.

Die Lage beim Bahnhof ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Personal war passabel freundlich bis ziemlich unfreundlich. Das Frühstück war okay.
Auf jeden Fall stimmt das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis überhaupt nicht!
