一切住宿都不錯除了衛浴設備需加強，行李寄放及幫忙叫車都很方便，櫃檯服務人員及房務人員都非常親切熱情

第二次入住整體來說早餐還不錯變化很大，衛浴設備分開以家庭旅遊來說，櫃檯人員及清潔人員都非常細心

Cons:

入住第二晚桌子旁邊跑出一隻迷你蟑螂，衛浴設施浴室門後牆上應在設置掛衣物的部份，廁所另一面需在安裝廁所內側窗簾，廁所門會卡住

Not recommended if arriving from a long haul flight
Pros:

The room was pleasant in being clean and attractive. The location was good for access to shopping.

Cons:

The staff were not facilitating and the access to metro - especially the airport line was by taxi only. After checking in I went out for supplies but when my key card didn’t work it took a long period of time to obtain another. I then discovered that my tv speaker was distorted. After a lengthy delay resulting in no response after advising reception I was required to pack up and go there to demand another room! When seeking advice re: metro I was given incorrect information that put me at risk of missing my outward flight. Not informed or reactive staff. Also note that the sounds of plumbing were so loud I was woken often through the night. Not the best of stays.
