Enastående på alla sätt
Pros:

Ett mycket bra hotell. Vänlig och hjälpsam personal överallt. Utmärkt frukost. Läget kan inte bli bättre. Några meter från bad i Gardasjön. Dessutom fanns en ren och välskött pool. Fri parkering, underbara promenadstråk längs sjön. Hundvänligt. Superbra städning.

Cons:

Ganska dåligt wi-fi i vårt rum. Svajigt, tidvis normalt, tidvis väldigt segt.

Fabulous location but very disappointing for 4*
Pros:

There is no doubt at all that the position of this hotel is wonderful. Situated right on the lake with a 15 minute level walk into the centre of town. It has a lovely swimming pool, although it’s not heated. Our room was spacious clean had a lovely balcony and fabulous views.

Cons:

I booked this hotel as a special treat for my husband’s birthday and our wedding anniversary as it was 4*. It did not feel like a 4* hotel to us and we travel a lot. The hotel itself seemed very tired with lots of plastic and artificial plants all over the place. Although our room was comfortable, the cheap plastic fittings in the bathroom and bathroom mugs with stains in the bottom were very unpleasant as was the black mould between shower tiles and floor tiles and a grubby shower curtain. There was a kettle in the room with mugs and spoons but no tea or coffee which was bizarre! The swimming pool was beautifully clean, but it was literally beside a very busy, noisy main road so it was not a relaxing place to spend any time at all.

excellent location, pleasant helpful staff, clean with well provisioned facilities
Pros:

we were offer a lake view upgrade upon arrival at an additional 80 Euros for four nights which is reasonable. the room was fantastic, roomy, clean and fully equipped. breakfast was as expected and very good, not too much variety but every base covered.

Cons:

distance of the pool area from main hotel. although weather to bad to actually use it.

Wonderful Holiday
Pros:

Excellent staff, beautiful clean and well equipped rooms even if a bit dated still very well kept, lovely atmosphere and everyone extremely helpful, amazing location if you dont want to rent a car

Would be nice to have some non-pork meat options at breakfast

Schönes Strandhotel nahe Malcesine
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels mit direktem Blick auf den Gardasee.Der grosse Balkon mit Stühlen und Liegen.Die Sauberkeit im Hotel und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter waren hervorragend!

Cons:

Die Pflegemittel im Bad waren nicht zeitgemäß.
