Das man Keine Heizung hatte. Mann hat zur Antwort bekommen. Sie haben eine Regel in diesem Haus das die Heizung nur im Badezimmer eingeschaltet ist.

Tolle Hotellage, sehr schönes Zimmer und tolles Früstück, ausgesprochen freundliches Personal
Pros:

Die Lage war fantastisch. Blick auf See und Berge vom bequemen Bett aus. sehr schöne Terrasse mit ebenso Blick auf See und Berge. Sehr ruhige Lage des Hotels. Super Frühstücksbuffet. Familiengeführtes Hotel mit durchweg sehr freundlichem Personal - wir kommen wieder mit Kindern und Hund.

Cons:

alles war sehr schön. kann nichts Negatives berichten.

Pros:

A fantastic location. Our room had a balcony terrace with a wonderful view of Lake Garda.
A nice restaurant opening up to a lake side walkway into town

Cons:

I regret not having a swimming costume so to enjoy the pool and jacuzzi.

Pros:

Fantastic views across the lake from room, balcony and dining area/bar. Great location slightly away from main centre, with easy walk along the lake to town (10-15 mins). Food and drink very good and reasonably priced. Breakfast very good. Rooms comfortable all necessary amenities and those fantastic views if paying for a suite facing towards the lake.

Cons:

Decor a little dated, but not off putting in a significant way.

Good option near the lake
Pros:

Very good location with a nice beach spot in front of the hotel. Very friendly staff and good breakfast as well

Cons:

The room is a little outdated and quite small, especially considering its a 4 star hotel. Also we had some problems with flooding in the showers

Pros:

Rooms were great - oversized with large balconies. Very good breakfast. All staff were wonderful.

Optisch nicht ganz vier Sterne, aber Lage und Rest voll in Ordnung. Gerne wieder.
Pros:

Sehr gute und schöne Lage am See.
Hotel wirkte nicht überlaufen. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Saubere Zimmer mit Kühlschrank und Klima. Frühstück war ausreichend und gut. Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war etwas klein. Wenn möglich Zimmer mit Seeblick buchen. Hotel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet: direkt am See und etwas außerhalb des Trubels im Zentrum.
Frühstück war reichhaltig: frisch zubereitete Eiergerichte im Wechsel mit Crepes. Zwar nur Kochschinken, aber zusätzlich direkt Aufgeschnittenes wie Bündnerfleisch oder Salami
Toll war auch die große Anzahl an Parkmöglichkeiten

Cons:

Leider waren die Matratzen sehr hart bzw waren darauf "Knöpfe" wie bei tapezierten Sofas, die sehr unangenehm waren.
