Disappointing Stay – Poor Cleanliness and Maintenance
Pros:

Cons:

Disappointing Stay – Poor Cleanliness and Maintenance

Rating: 2 out of 5 Stars ⭐⭐

We stayed at Mường Thanh Luxury Hotel in Cà Mau, Vietnam, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing.

Although the room was spacious, the cleanliness was far below expectations. The carpet, windows, and walls were dirty, and I even noticed bugs in the corners of the room and on the ceiling. The hotel clearly needs deep cleaning, better maintenance, and major renovations.

On the positive side, the hotel has a convenient location, and the staff were friendly and professional. The room included two complimentary bottles of water, a kettle, a safe, and a hair dryer. Complimentary breakfast was also provided.

However, even at approximately $39 per night, I did not feel this hotel was worth the money. Cleanliness should be a basic standard, especially for a property advertised as a luxury hotel.

Overall, I would rate this hotel only 2 stars. Until significant improvements are made to cleanliness and maintenance, I would not recommend it to other travelers.
