Great location, convenient free transfer service that can be booked in advance, and a 24-hour reception.

Cons:

The room was dirty and very dusty. It looks like the headboard and light fixtures are never cleaned. The rooms are outdated and in need of renovation. The hotel is definitely not worth the price. Instead of focusing on automating the check-in process, they should pay more attention to cleanliness and the condition of the rooms.

Good location, close to the airport , early breakfast available .

Cons:

The room i stayed in this time carpet was damaged and not very clean . Towel in the bathroom was wet and seemed like was used before. Shuttle bus was not available for my flight . Given in consideration the fact this was the main reason to choose this hotel , it was disappointing

Premier Sofia Airport Hotel най-добрият хотел преди или след полет
Pros:

Избрахме хотела защото ни предстоеше пътуване, предлагаше паркинг за целия ни престой на отсъствие от страната и безплатен шатъли до и от хотела. В цената имаше включена закуска. За удобство хотелът предлагаше онлайн чекиране и онлайн заявка за шатъли. Цената за времето на престой на колата се заплаща на автомат при напускане на паркинг зоната. Стаите са големи, леглата и възглавниците - удобни, интернетът бърз и стабилен, закуската е много добра.

Very convenient location, comfy room, helpful staff, good breakfast

Cons:

The hotel sent me 4 emails before arriving (just after the booking, and then 72, 48, and 24 hours before arriving) asking me for my passport and credit card details. Then, a few minutes after arriving, another email asking me for my credit credit details again. All this even though the payment has already been taken automatically by Booking.com. This all sounded like a scam. Inserting such sensitive information in an online platform that can be easily hacked in not reassuring. Furthermore, the emails said that giving them my passport and credit card information in advance was a "mandatory" part of the check-in process, which of course it isn't. It's a great hotel, but they should really stop pressuring guests to give them sensitive information online. It's also against GDPR and Booking.com policies.
