Ασφαλής επιλογή στη Σόφια για Family Roadtrip
Pros:

Ο χώρος του δωματίου ήταν πολύ ωραίος. Πολύ καλό πρωινό σε ωραία αίθουσα. Ωραίο το γυμναστήριο (πέρασαν ευχάριστα την ώρα τους τα παιδιά). Ευκολία μεγάλη το υπόγειο parking (φορτώσαμε αποφεύγοντας τη ζέστη). Δεν ειναι ξενοδοχείο διακοπών, αλλά ως κατάλυμα στην Σόφια όπου οι αποστάσεις είναι σχετικά μικρές είναι μια πολύ καλή και ασφαλής επιλογή για διαμονή με τη οικογένεια

Cons:

Η πίεση του ντους στο κατά τα άλλα πολύ καλό μπάνιο. Χρειάστηκε να πούμε 3 φορές για να καταχωρηθεί η πινακίδα μας σε ελεύθερη είσοδο στο parking και αφού πληρώσαμε δύο φορές μικροποσά. Ο νεαρός στο πρωινό ήταν υπερ- αγχωμένος να ελέγξει αν το πρωινό περιλαμβάνεται και αυτό είχε σαν αποτέλεσμα να είναι λιγότερο ευγενής από ότι έπρεπε.

Die Lage ist unweit des Flughafens. Für Geschäftsreisen ist das ok.

Cons:

Restaurant: extrem viel Luft nach oben bei den Speisen.
Negativ: Abbrechnung war/ist falsch. Immer prüfen!

didnt like it at all.we didnt have a chuse because our flight was late at night,earlly morning.

we had to take and pay for taxi because the shutlle bus didnt came....on the way back to the airport,late night,we had to walk because they didnt have a place for us.shame.me and my boy,02.30 am,walking to the terminal.....

My 11y old was given practically an extended chair (not even a sofa!) to sleep, so she couldn't at all!

This time was not ok
Pros:

I used this hotel because of comfortable bedding, closed to the airport and fee shuttle. Тhey now have receptionist from the Philippines. They are attentive and smile. They speak good English

Cons:

The shuttle driver was unprofessional rude and annoying. The proper Bulgarian word is ЧОБАНИН.
The pushed advanced self check in is still disastrous and heavy. I was in room 909. The bed was broken, but was too tired to go and ask for a room change.

Pros:

Близько до аеропорту готель великий та просторий на довго мабуть я би не хотів там залишатись ,але якщо ви використовуєте Софію ,як пересадку з аеропорту цей готель чудове рішення ,номера просторі та великі ,в номері є все необіхідне сніданок не топ ,але постійни можна різноманітний )

Close to the airport
Very friendly staff
The room was nice and spacious.

Cons:

The bathroom smelt like urine and the bathtub was not clean. We were 2 adults and a child, but only received towels for 2 people. The room service robot does not work.
