Pros:

Закуската беше сравнително добра. Трансфера до летището също беше ОК.

Cons:

Липсваха най-елементарни чехли при положение, че в описа трябваше да има. Чистотата не беше никак добре. Като цена-качество е супер зле.

Pros:

Этот отель, сказка. Я часто езжу в разные страны, но такой уровень надо поискать. Завтраки бомба. Уютный и чистый номер. Бесплатный трансфер для гостей особенно радует. Сказать, что я доволен, неправильно! Я в восторге.

Perfekt für kurzen Aufenthalt.

Incompetent staff
Pros:

Close to the airport

Cons:

The staff always make mistakes with the transfers or with the car park. I paid for a parking but they didn’t registered in the system so i lost time to going back to the reception. The receptionist didn’t even apologised for his mistake.

Good enough for 1 night stay close to the airport.

Perfect for a short overnight stay for an early flight
Pros:

The room was lovely, quiet, comfortable and immaculate. We paid for dinner included and the meal was lovely although not much choice so would not pay for dinner again until at the hotel.
Great that there is a covered comfortable area for smokers.

Cons:

The bus transfer from the airport was difficult to locate, it should be at a marked bay maybe which would be easier - luckily we found it as it drove past!

Отличная локация возле аэропорта, персонал свободно общался на английском, в номере много удобного места для вещей

Cons:

Напор воды в душе слабый. Запись онлайн на трансфер до аэропорта не работала, а когда приехали вечером и пытались записаться на трансфер через ресепшен, то уже не было мест на нужное время

Pros:

Закуската е добра, леглата са удобни. Има асансьор и паркинг.

Cons:

Резервирахме хотела заради безплатния трансфер до летището. Оказа се, че имат само по един малък бус на 30-45 мин. Автобусът в 10:30ч явно беше вече резервиран и макар че заявихме желание за трансфер още с настаняването си в хотела, нямаше места. Предложиха ни или да чакаме до 11:15ч (което за нашия полет беше прекалено късно) или такси, което сами да си заплатим до летището.

При онлайн резервацията бяхме написали, че искаме стая с душ. Получихме с вана. На рецепцията бяха любезни и веднага ни я смениха, но се губи излишно време след пристигане.

Кошчето в банята не беше празно при пристигането ни.

За хотел от такъв ранг очаквам по-добро обслужване и да не се пести от трансфера до летището.

Гостиница в 5-10 минутах от терминалов 1 и 2, есть бесплатный шаттл, который можно заказать предварительно на нужное время. Ресторан открыт до 11 вечера, есть ранний завтрак (кофе, круассаны, бисквиты) для раннего выезда. Большие номера, чистые и аккуратные. Удобная большая кровать. В номере тихо.
