Unfair Cancellation and Poor Handling of My Reservation
Pros:

The location was convenient and the booking process through Booking.com was easy.

Cons:

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the handling of my reservation. I had informed the property that I would arrive later, but my reservation was cancelled as a “no-show” even though I had not requested cancellation. I did not stay even one night, and I was still charged a large cancellation/no-show fee. I contacted both the property and Booking.com, but neither side provided a satisfactory solution. I believe this situation was unfair and caused me significant financial loss and stress. I hope Booking.com and the property will review this case fairly and improve their communication with guests in similar situations.

Pros:

The pictures shared by them on the website is tottaly different and real capsules are exactly like a living GRAVES. Dark and small. My room was on third floor and once u entered the room u have to use dangerous stairs to reach on your capsule which is located on top of each other. They use computer fans to bring in the air into the capsule. I spotted dirty spots on the bedsheet as well. Check out the pictures for better understanding.

Excellent location, Small capsules
Pros:

The location is perfect
The prices are good and the staff is friendly.

Cons:

However the capsule was unexpectedly small. There are 3 capsules, one on the other and 9 capsules in 1 room, so the door doesn't even fully open. It really triggers your claustrophobia.

Cons:

The bunk beds were poorly designed, and it might pose a safety issue for me.
The ladders to the top bunker was ridiculously steep.
It took me almost half an hour to climb up.
Feels like a commando training just to get your back on a decent mattress.
I checked out even before I could spend my first night.

It's reasonable capsule tariff between USD 6-10/night and it's superb location within 1km radius to several shopping malls in Bukit Bintang area..

Cons:

The capsule's general cleanliness and amenities need massive improvement including installation of smoke detectors and fire extinguishers..
