Pros:

La struttura offre qualsiasi tipo di confort. Il personale, oltre ad essere molto professionale, è disponibile e gentilissimo. Si mangia benissimo, complimenti.

Forse ci sarebbe da rivedere la distribuzione della caffetteria a colazione prevedendo più punti di distribuzione.

Еда (обед и ужин), гала ужин, дружелюбный персонал, номер, из душевой не вытекала река, вид очень красивый, много лифтов.

Cons:

Бурлилки не работают вечером и после обеда и все находятся снаружи. Завтрак не очень.

Personale cortese e disponibile. Già in fase di prenotazione ci avevano detto che, anche se il check-out era entro le 11, avremmo potuto tenere il kit piscina (teli e accappatoi) e usufruire delle piscine fino a sera, senza problemi. Noi ne abbiamo approfittato fino all'ora di pranzo. Ottimo servizio.
Avevamo la pensione completa. Scelta di piatti molto varia e in grado di soddisfare un po' tutti i gusti/esigenze.
Lo stesso vale per la colazione. Torneremo sicuramente.

Pros:

Praticamente tutto accoglienza, cortesia del personale, cucina e cibo ottimo, pulizia camere e di tutto l'albergo, attenzione al dettaglio, scelta tipologia di cuscino, piscine sempre fruibili e pulitissime, accoglienza animali, cestino da viaggio per pranzo non usufruito completo di tutto , maestro per la lezione di ginnastica e acquagym molto preparato e professionale....non ho trovato nulla che non fosse all'altezza di un hotel a tre stelle ....ne avrei assegnate anche 4 ....tornerò sicuramente

Dream vacation
Pros:

A magnificent hotel with incredibly friendly staff, fantastic cuisine, and a wealth of recreational opportunities. The hotel grounds include tennis courts, boccia courts, trampolines, table tennis, bike rentals, and, of course, diving platforms and springboards. The hotel also offers a variety of therapeutic and beauty treatments using the hotel's own therapeutic mud. For 48 years, the hotel has been family-run, and you can see them every day on the grounds; they are very open and pleasant.

Super Check-in, sehr großes und sauberes Zimmer,
Vielfältiges Mittagessen und Abendessen. Sehr freundliches Personal, tolle Poollandschaft, ansprechende Lobby

Cons:

Der Balkon war nur zum Wäsche trocknen geeignet, zum sitzen, ungemütlich, klein, unerträglich heiß.
Beim Frühstück ließ die Brot und Semmelauswahl und Qualität sehr zu wünschen übrig.

Der perfekte Aufenthalt

Alles!
- Begrüssung und Check-in war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
- das Zimmer (Deluxe-Doppelzimmer) war perfekt. Modern und farblich sehr schön. Das Badezimmer war tiptop mit einer grossen Regendusche.
- Abendessen und Frühstück sehr gut.
- die Terme hat uns bestens gefallen.
- auf Sauberkeit wird grossen Wert gelegt, im Hotel wie in der Terme.
- das gesamte Personal war freundlich und immer sehr zuvorkommend. Roberto von der Bar hat mich petsönlich sehr beeindruckt. Trotz grosser Hitze (38 Grad), ist er perfekt gekleidet auf der Terrasse hin und her geflitzt, er war immer sehr freundlich und hat einem jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Dieses Hotel werden wir immer wieder besuchen, der nächste Aufenthalt ist schon in Planung.

Colazione buona, posizione lontana dal traffico. Le 4 piscine a disposizione dei clienti con relativo parco non sono mai affollate e rendono tranquillo il soggiorno.

Relax, benessere ed eleganza. Un’eccellente alternativa anche alle vacanze al mare.

Tutto: cordialità del personale dell’albergo e della SPA, camera singola accogliente e ampia, piscine e zona relax, ambienti ampi ed eleganti completamente rinnovato di recente. Pulizia perfetta. Cibo ottimo. La natura e le cicale. Bisogna assolutamente tornarci!
