It was a wonderful experience. Every process, from check-in to check-out, was flawless. The hotel's location was quiet, safe, and spotlessly clean. It was perfect for a nice walk before heading out into the crowds in the mornings. It's a 7-minute walk from the metro, and the rooms were spotless. We had a wonderful breakfast every day. We had our last drinks in the Lobby before our flight. I won't be looking for another hotel in Amsterdam.

just the cleaning wasn't good enough even the floor looked dirty

Beds were a bit hard, but okay.
Both my partner and I really enjoyed the breakfast. The ordering process could have been explained a little more clearly, as we weren’t sure whether multiple items were included, but everything we tried was excellent.
It would have been a nice touch to receive a small welcome message or acknowledgement, especially as we were staying in the suite and celebrating my partner’s birthday during our stay. We also felt the dinner menu was slightly limited and could have offered a wider selection of options.
