We had a blast with our friends and the staff were very accommodating of our high jinx!
Pros:

Everything was great!

Cons:

Smallest of things but the champagne glasses were not replaced on the service but everything else was ... towels, cups, water glasses etc. It just made the top a bit cluttered and I didn't want to put dirty glasses back on the shelf. We had friends staying in another room and they came with their champagne glasses so that meant there were 4 on the top.

1.员工全程态度冷漠，在我没有额外增加服务的时候，表情更是有种 “你这么cheap就不要来我们酒店。”
2.由于我早到,询问房间是否ready. 前台告诉我，没有房间ready.然后过了一会告诉我,如果我额外支付费用的话，可以现在办理入住。我不高兴的是，她完全可以在开始说，或者我到达之前，酒店的邮件应该说，我们收费可以提前允许check in.而不是说你们会尽可能满足，然后前台说，房间没有ready的同时，额外支付可以入住。

Short Stay but Great
Pros:

Short stay overnight on a business trip but very nice. Comfortable hotel room with lovely decor. All the expected amenities. Very well appointed gym. Located in the heart of Wellington and a stone's throw from parliament. Easy walk to shops and central business district.

Perfect Stay
Pros:

Our stay at Sofitel Wellington was absolutely incredible.
From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff made us feel welcome and cared for with exceptional service and attention to detail.
