Warm and comfy.
Pros:

Great nights sleep on exceptional bed. Location is great for a walk over the top of motorway through to botanical gardens. The rooms are plush and comfortable with great views. Car parking is easy, especially at weekends, plus a valet service.

Omg. They ran out of Aperol. And when I came down the next day, they had bought more Aperol. Love.

Cons:

You guys should ask what time people tend to go to bed when they check in (I know this sounds weird). But I go to bed early. The staff came for turn down service, and I was already in bed.

We had a blast with our friends and the staff were very accommodating of our high jinx!
Pros:

Everything was great!

Cons:

Smallest of things but the champagne glasses were not replaced on the service but everything else was ... towels, cups, water glasses etc. It just made the top a bit cluttered and I didn't want to put dirty glasses back on the shelf. We had friends staying in another room and they came with their champagne glasses so that meant there were 4 on the top.
