Outstanding family time
Pros:

Loved the staff, they were courteous and very helpful. Loved the ambience and the breakfast was outstanding. A wonderful place to stay as its also closer to ECR beach.

Not worth the money. 2* category.
Pros:

Dining and other facilities are good.but not the rooms.

Cons:

The room provided was not as described, mentioned as pool and city view but it is not true for a 3rd floor room. Room was not checked by maintence properly and the whole bathroom become a pool after taking shower which ruined my day. Not worth the money. Even a 2 star hotel would have given me a better accommodation.

First Time in India
Pros:

Stayed 8 nights as we were attending a wedding nearby. Checked in at 4am and made very welcome. All the staff were very attentive, polite and friendly. The breakfast was varied and the atmosphere was calm. We also ate dinner there a few evenings & this was very good. The room was comfortable, clean and changed daily. We used the swimming pool a couple of times & it was clean and well maintained. The hotel is a long way from the centre, but well situated for our needs. Taxis were cheap and the roads are busy with construction work. We wasn’t in a rush and would recommend the hotel to others.

Excellent place to stay, lovely and helpful staff, clean hotel and value for money
Pros:

Very helpful staff, clean hotel, perfect place to stay. The restaurant staff from manipur/ Mizoram were very courteous. They took care of our requirements very well and were enquiring often if all is fine with us and if we need anything. Great staff.
