The hotel was well located. The breakfast is excellent, a variety of options including vegetarian options. The bed was firm and comfy.

Cons:

They tried to charge us for a soda we didnt consume. They didnt end up charging us though. But it delayed our checkout when we were ina rush to get to the airport.

Good location, bad sound isolation.

The service was good! :)

Cons:

Although the room and service were acceptable, the stay was completely overshadowed by the almost non-existent sound insulation. If someone in the neighboring room talked or even coughed, it sounded as if it was happening inside our own room. Every noise — including bathroom sounds — was clearly audible. We stayed for 3 nights and couldn’t get a proper night’s sleep even once. The lack of air ventilation made things even worse. Sadly, I cannot recommend this hotel if you value peace and comfort.

Pros:

The front door staff were very nice and accommodating. They helped me with my luggage and made sure everything went smoothly when I arrived and when I left. The room was clean, and the breakfast offered a lot of variety.

Cons:

Some of the front desk staff were a bit rude. When I approached the desk with questions, I stood there waiting to be acknowledged, but the staff member did not look up or invite me to speak. I had to repeat myself several times before she responded, and when she did, her tone was very rude.
Additionally, I was unable to stay in my room during the day because of ongoing construction. I reported this to the front desk, but I was told there was nothing they could do about it
