Sehr freundliches Personal

Cons:

Das einzige wo man was negatives sagen könnte war das Badezimmer was in die Jahre gekommen ist. Ansonsten war es sauber und gemütlich.

Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Ansprechendes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut und alles in ausreichendem Maß vorhanden. Vergriffene Getränke und Lebensmittel wurden umgehend aufgefüllt. Erfreulich, das Frühstück ist im Preis inbegriffen.
Die Lage ist nicht ganz Zentral, aber ok. Alles Notwendige und Sehenswerte war für mich in 10 bis 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Dafür gibt es kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel.
Die Einrichtungen der Zimmer sind zwar in die Jahre gekommen, aber positive Veränderungen sind nicht zu übersehen (neues Bad, neue Deko Elemente). Besonders die neue Ambiente des Restaurants, Frühstücksraums hat mir sehr gefallen. Das Personal war freundlich, hilfsbereit und kommunikativ.

Like for me the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was 100% spot on. A very tasty mineral water available in the room.

Cons:

The lift was small and felt very old. Old carpets in corridors and rooms. The light in the corridor was flickering.

Es war ein älteres aber renoviertes Hotel. Unser Zimmer war sehr klein für ein Doppelzimmer. Besonders die Nasszelle war eng. Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich. Das Frühstück war ausreichend, für jeden etwas dabei. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war zwar renoviert, allerdings wurde offenbar nicht gründlich gereinigt. Im Zimmer befanden sich Spinnweben mit Spinnen, und allein in der Duschkabine waren zwei Spinnen. Auch die Toilette war nicht sauber und hatte deutliche graue Ablagerungen. Zudem funktionierte der Duschkopf nicht richtig.

Zusätzlich fand während unseres Aufenthalts eine Hochzeitsfeier im Hotel statt. Darüber wurden wir erst beim Check-in informiert. Laut Aussage der Rezeption sollte die Feier bis 22:00 Uhr bzw. „ein bisschen länger“ dauern. Tatsächlich war die Musik jedoch noch kurz nach Mitternacht so laut, dass an Schlaf nicht zu denken war.

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt daher sehr enttäuschend. Ein renoviertes Zimmer bringt wenig, wenn die Sauberkeit nicht stimmt und Gäste nicht rechtzeitig über eine derart laute Veranstaltung informiert werden.
