Great location, lovely looking building. I would dispute the 'great breakfast' listed
Pros:

I paid £208 for one night and was slightly disappointed in the morning to find that I had to pay extra for a poached egg. Arrival was fine. The room is really close to reception, though, and there were a lot of people that had enjoyed the football and managed to wake me up. That is not the hotel's fault.

My shower room was okay. It looks lovely. Everything is very tastefully done. It's a great looking hotel, but I've got used to having a sink I can shave in, and this one was a bit too small. The shower was good.

I was disappointed to find that I had a number of creepy crawlies who appeared when I got into bed: tiny little gray bugs. Not sure what they were, but they didn't bite me. I was still a bit surprised to find them in the bed linen.

I reported this discreetly to the hotel staff when I went down for breakfast and suggested that we should have a chat in private. They made some notes, but I haven't heard from them since.

Cons:

Daft stuff like it's really difficult to shave in a sink that's probably designed for a downstairs loo in the UK. The bedroom is nice. It will look great, but I didn't like the bugs.

Good character but not much soundproofing from the hallway
Pros:

Well-decorated room with good character.

Cons:

The room was on the stairwell by the entrance though and was quite loud at times. I had to poke my head out the door to ask other guests to quiet down at one point.

Pros:

Fabulous helpful staff, nothing too much trouble.
Room large and bed comfy, air conditioning a treat in the hot weather. Little treats appreciated.

Comfy, quiet, cool stay
Pros:

Comfy bed, full aircon in the room, lovely clean bathroom - room was compact but had everything you could need. Well located in town and super fast check-in & checkout with friendly staff. 10/10!
