The room was very cold!
The room was fine. What i didn’t like was the room felt like living in a dark. The light brightness was too low.
No mirror light in bathroom to make up there was no bulb.
All the staff we encountered were fantastic
Bit disappointed that we had to go out and find somewhere for breakfast on one of the busiest mornings on The Hoe, due to no chef in the hotel that day.
Close to the Hoe
Too many stairs and no lift was a problem for me and my suitcase
Basic accommodation but good shower, comfortable bed, great location. Great value. Friendly and helpful staff.
The guy at the desk was really pleasant seemed like a nice guy did his job well
It was cold, bed was dirty
La atención del personal, sugerencias para buscar comida/bebida fuera.
Nice location, and I usually enjoy smaller, traditional hotels.
The listing on Booking.com included breakfast for each day I was there. Upon arriving I was told there would not be any breakfast.
Also, although clean, the room did have a peculiar odour. Tiny TV. Finally, I was on the top floor and for some reason was given the room with a view of scaffolding and the back ally, even though the other two rooms were available where I could have at least seen the harbour or the street. I don't know why I was automatically given the poorest of the three rooms.
