Beautiful retreat in the heart of Siem reap
Pros:

Angkor Heart Bungalow is a beautiful, tranquil place to stay in the heart of Siem Reap. The grounds are lovely, the bungalows are comfortable, and the staff were exceptional throughout our stay. A special thank you to Minea, who was amazing from start to finish—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. She truly made our experience even more memorable. We would happily stay here again.

Highly recommended
Pros:

The best part of the property is the warm welcome and exceptional service from both Mini and our driver who collected us from the airport
The property has a beautiful breakfast delivered to your balcony and I didn’t even realise we had our own pool

Cons:

Nothing , I couldn’t recommend this place enough
I wish the rest of our stay was here but we booked elsewhere

Great staff, private pool, city centre easily accessible
Pros:

The beds were super comfy and the staff went out of their way to welcome us and make us feel comfortable. They gave us complementary fruits and drinks every day after we returned from various day trips.

Cons:

It’s a bungalow in open space, so it’s only fair to expect some bugs

Private Paradise in Siem Reap
Pros:

Loved the privacy with the trees around the bungalow, the private pool. We ate dinner and breakfast on our porch as they brought it and set it all up on white tablecloth. Such nice staff, gave us nice tshirts as we left too. We will come back next year for at least a month!

Cons:

There are no negatives, seriously.

Mi hanno regalato senza un perchè un upgrade bungalow co private pool... sinceramente un sogno !!!

Cons:

La pulizia della piscina. Era onestamente impossibile da conservar pulita perchè sorgeva in un giardino tropicale , quindi le foglie eran inevitabili che vi cadessero ... ma le mattonelle tutte sporche di verde potevan esser lavate un po piu spesso...
Questo per trovar proprio qualcosa da migliorare ma è una sciocchezza se paragonato alla pace e al benessere che si prova in questo luogo...
Uccellini e rane comprese 😅

I loved my time here & would definitely return as the food, location & staff were fantastic.
Pros:

I was extremely happy with my stay at Angkor Heart Private Bungalows as i was also upgraded to private bungalows due to Angkor Heart Bungalows being renovated in low season. the staff Minea was really lovely & extremely helpful with anything I required. A very quiet secluded location that was very peaceful & not far from the centre of town.

Cons:

The only thing that was disappointing was the pool was a little on the warm side & that was due to being in the direct sun which cannot be helped but after getting in it was ok.

Tout était parfait, ils étaient aux petits soins. Nous avions un Tuktuk à disposition pour aller en ville et des attentions tous les jours. Je recommande !!

El mejor lugar para quedarte en Siem Reap!
Pros:

Es el mejor lugar del mundo! Hermoso, cómodo, limpio y descansas muy bien. Fueron súper atentos y flexibles. Nos cancelaron el vuelo para llegar a Siem Reap y estuvieron completamente dispuestos a cambiarnos la fecha y devolvernos el $, pero ya no fue necesario porque el lugar es tan bonito y cómodo que nos quedamos otra noche extra. La habitación es amplia con aire acondicionado y cada bungalow tiene su propia piscina. Te ayudan con todo lo que necesites, incluso el check out fue más tarde para poder tomar el avión.

Pros:

Die Bungalows mit privatem Pool sind etwas abseits der eigentlichen Hotelanlage (ca. 100 m). Unser Bungalow war einfach eingerichtet, aber er war sauber und wir hatten alles was wir brauchten.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Service. Im Preis incl. War die Abholung vom Flughafen. Ebenfalls waren die Softdrinks in der Minibar inkludiert. Sind wir zum relaxen am Pool geblieben, gab es nachmittags einen Obstteller und ein Getränk. Ebenfalls war das Tuktuk ins Stadtzentrum und die Abholung (vor 21 Uhr) kostenlos. Und wir haben zur Abreise ein kleines Geschenk erhalten.
Darüber hinaus wurden Touren nach unseren Wünschen organisiert und auch die Massagen wurden nach unseren Wünschen im Bungalow bestellt (dass beides natürlich gegen entsprechenden Preis).
Alles in allem können wir die Anlage nur weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder, wenn es uns mal wieder in diese Region verschlägt.

Tolle Anlage und Unterkunft mit Rund-Um-Service
Pros:

Wir hatten einen großen Bungalow (Holz) welcher minimalistisch war und ein schönes Bad mit Wanne und Dusche hatte. Der private Pool wurde täglich gereinigt. Die gesamte Anlage ist herrlich grün und gepflegt. Frühstück und Abendessen sind sehr lecker und werden a la cart auf der eigenen Terrasse serviert. Kostenloser Nachmitttags-Snack. Safe. Minibar. Getränke werden auf Nachfrage sofort aufgefüllt. Problemlose Organisation vom Flughafen-Taxi und Angkor-Tour. Das kostenlose Tuk-Tuk in die Pubstreet haben wir nicht genutzt. Sehr freundliches Personal mit gutem Englisch sorgte für einen Rund-Um-Service. Gute Massage

Cons:

Abends laute Musik (1-2 Stunden) vom nahe gelegenen Zirkus. Unser Pool-Liegebereich war in der Nähe vom Empfang so dass von dort immer mal Aktivitäten wahrnehmbar waren - aber kein Problem.

Superbe séjour à Siem Reap!
Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel et les petites attentions (fruits et boissons fraîches à chaque fois que nous rentrions à l’hôtel), la piscine et les bungalow très confortables.

Cons:

Proximité de la route.
5 minutes en tuktuk pour aller dans le centre.

Absolutely fabulous stay can’t recommend enough
Pros:

Everything during our stay was amazing. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in anywhere in the world. Mini was especially helpful and organised anything we required. Taxis to and from the airport were sorted, taxis to and from Pub street were sorted, it was brilliant. The food was all lovely, the rooms were lovely and I highly recommend getting a massage!

Nothing was any trouble for the staff we asked for another mattress as ours was hard they changed it no problem the pool was clean and so warm breakfast served on the table outside at the time you ask for ,ken who picked us up was great knows alot about places lovley man
