Local bem tranquilo e limpo, tem pontos que podem melhorar mas valeu a pena.

Cons:

Achei o quarto um pouco apertado, estava com duas crianças e mal dava pra transitar pelo quarto. É café da manhã achei um pouco tarde tmb, pra quem costuma acordar cedo, tem que esperar um pouco até o horário da café.

Pros:

O café da manhã e a tranquilidade do local foram pontos positivos. A localização é boa, pois não fica no centrão mas também não fica longe das principais atrações, cerca de 3 km.

Cons:

As toalhas estavam muito surradas, faltam cadeiras na área social para conversar, precisa de uma revisão elétrica nos quartos (lâmpadas queimadas ou com defeitos, controle de TV que não funcionava), são coisas simples mas que saltam aos olhos.
