Pros:

The staff was polite and friendly throughout our stay. The rooftop pool on the 6th floor was a nice feature, with warm water that made it perfect for relaxing rather than swimming. It also had massage features similar to a jacuzzi. Additionally, there were two separate jacuzzi areas on the top floor with waterfall-style water jets, which were a great place to unwind.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet was very limited, with only toast instead of regular bread, mostly sweet options, and almost no vegetables. The selection of cold cuts and cheese was also minimal. A major issue was the air conditioning—when we arrived, the room temperature was 29.8°C. The system only cools down to 24°C, which is not enough during hot weather, and it was difficult to control and sometimes turned off on its own. It also requires a second key card to keep it running when leaving the room. Cleanliness was not consistent, as we noticed a hole in the bedsheets, dust in the vents, and a pool area that looked worn and did not match the photos. The air conditioning system should be upgraded and easier to control, with the ability to cool the room more effectively. The breakfast buffet would benefit from more variety, especially vegetables and higher-quality products. More attention should also be given to maintenance and overall cleanliness.

Mi-a plăcut faptul ca personalul a fost amabil și camera a fost destul de spațioasă și curată. Micul dejun a fost cam sărăcăcios, neavând o varietate mare de alegeri, predominând dulcele de la supermarket.

Cons:

Nu ne-a plăcut faptul ca în cameră erau furnici, multe furnici. Pe jos, pe pereți, în pat… a fost horror, nici nu am mai putut dormi, Mai ales ca am avut un copil mic cu noi… nu înțeleg de ce ceilalți nu au precizat lucrul ăsta în recenziile lor, fiindcă am înțeles ca staff-ul știe deja de problema asta, și este prezentă în mai multe camere, dacă nu în tot hotelul.

È stato un soggiorno all’insegna del relax, tra mare e piscina offerta dalla struttura non potevamo chiedere di meglio.
Pros:

La struttura è accogliente, vicinissima al mare. Il personale è molto gentile e molto disponibile. La cosa che mi ha colpito di più è stata la pulizia degli ambienti, perfetta.

la colazione non era male ma ho visto di meglio

La piscina non era pulitissima.
Nel frigo bar in camera ho trovato le bottigliette già bevute quindi non sono state cambiate, ho trovato capelli negli asciugamani, la tavoletta del water era tutta macchiata e anche il lavandino, diciamo pulizia generale non molto presente.
La cosa più eclatante, la signora della segreteria ha bussato alla nostra porta (e perfortuna che abbiamo risposto sennò sarebbe entrata, a detta sua) per chiedere se l’ospite della sera prima avesse dimenticato due camicie nell’armadio, le dico di no ma non ci crede e vuole controllare lei stessa… dopo dieci minuti torna a bussare e aprendo la porta infastidita mi trovo davanti l’ospite della sera prima che voleva controllare anche lui… alchè dico che se hanno pulito la stanza le avranno prese e messe da parte le signore delle pulizie e mi è stato risposto che “loro non rubano” (quindi abbiamo rubato noi?)… alla fine le avevano prese proprio loro, vabbè.
La mattina dopo mancavano 15 minuti al check out ed hanno aperto la stanza perché dovevano pulire, anche no grazie, una cosa del genere non mi è mai successa.
Nell’insieme per 160€ a notte è un grande no.
