Le plus beau hôtel de toute notre route 66 🫶🏼 je recommande
Overall okay for a chill time
Bed extremely uncomfortable :(
I had the single most appalling experience at this hotel.
I was staying at the Arrive for work. I thought the hotel was very cute. My room had a few issues (the steamer, which I had planned on using, didn't work; the curtains in the bathroom area were broken and wouldn't close, and the handle kept coming off the fridge).
I work in the event world, which means incredibly long hours. The Saturday I was there, I worked 22 hours, so after coming back to my room at 8:30am on Sunday morning, my plan was to sleep until the late afternoon. I came back, put the "do not disturb" sign on my door, took a shower, and went to bed just before 9am. Around 9:30am, I could hear housekeeping outside my room. I tried to ignore it as I heard a tap on the door. After all, my "do not disturb" sign was up. Around 10:30am, I heard someone trying to open my door from the outside. Again, I tried to block it out as I knew getting up would disrupt my attempt to sleep even more. Around 11:15am, another knock on my door. Extremely frustrated, I got up to open the door to see housekeeping there. I said, "Yes?" and she just looked at me, so I point at the "do not disturb sign." She nodded, so I closed the door and went back to bed.
Around 12:15, there was yet ANOTHER knock on my door. I again attempted to ignore it. A little after 1pm, massive banging on my door. Now angry, I got up to open the door with a, "WHAT??" There was a middle aged woman and man there. The woman barks at me, "I'm the manager of this hotel. Check out was 11am. You can't be here." I say, "I have this room through tomorrow." She continues rudely saying, "No you don't. You need to leave immediately." I say, "I'm here for work. My company booked this room. Please call them." Again rudely she says, "No. You need to leave." I say, "You need to call the people who booked this room. I'm here for work. I got in at 8:30am this morning and your people have knocked on my door 5 f*cking times. This is ridiculous." She starts to open her mouth again so I say, "I'll be gone in an hour," and shut the door.
I get in touch with my work to tell them they may be receiving a call from the hotel and what happened. They (my work, not this hotel or the incredibly rude manager) apologize and say that I am booked through Sunday.
I have never, in all my life, experienced such a rude manager. I can't believe she has a job there.
Let's say that there was an issue and they did actually think I was supposed to check out. If check out is 11am, why did two people knock on my door before 11am when I had a "do not disturb" sign on my door? Why on earth did no one try calling me or my company and instead they banged on my door and rudely told me to leave? This was truly the worst experience I have ever had a hotel.
Well I thought that I would like the location but it’s close to the road!
I like the staff I thought they were nice. The bed was nice enough. The best part was the manager and staff were great !
Well you have to maintain and keep it clean ! Our rug was stained ! The throw in the bed had a bleach stain. Wasn’t a fan on the layout of the room! Way too many chairs around the pool looked junkie. I watched the pool guy pour pool solution in the pool
At 730 am and said don’t swim!
I just have to say attention to details is important! It’s a motel trying to be a hotel and those prices well hmm!! It’s trying to be young and fun so !! I get that . Ps I love you but I won’t stay here again!
Upscale, chic, young glamour hotel for bougie couples vacationing in Palm Springs. Elegant, stylish room with enormous shower, mountain views, and comfortable bedding. Hip, scenic pool with outdoor restaurant - surprising appealing
food and a reasonable prices. The crowd is Instagram ready. Part of the Palihotel group. Lower in price than other upscale hotel chains. Modern facility. Very beautiful design. Poolside views are impressive.
Check in is awkward at the bar - there’s no desk or bell staff and much of the hotel is self service, though the pool staff is nice. The “pool party vibe” of ping pong, ice cream, and baci ball is fine but undercuts what could be more of an elegant, classic Palm Springs hotel vibe.
Overall, we had a great stay at ARRIVE Palm Springs. The rooms were cute and a perfect size for two, with comfy beds and good shower pressure. The decor is fun and trendy, and the pool and hot tub were definitely highlights. Poolside food was delicious.
The best part of our stay, though, was the poolside service by Brandon who was amazing. He was extremely attentive, friendly, and funny. He really made our whole experience. It’s rare to come across someone who goes out of their way like that, and it didn’t go unnoticed.
Since it’s a smaller boutique hotel, it can sometimes take a minute to grab someone’s attention, but once you do, everyone is helpful and accommodating. That said, Brandon truly stood out and made the stay feel extra special. Always available and wanting to help all guests.
Great spot for a quick weekend getaway. Also loved having a coffee shop and ice cream spot right on the property, such a nice bonus!
Schone, ruime kamer. Heerlijk bed en hele goede douche.

Location , rooms and pool very nice
The TV and WiFi didn’t work for the last two days of our stay , the shower flow was so poor had to try and wash the shampoo from my hair in the sink !! When we arrived apparently the house keeper had quit so the manager was cleaning rooms and made us feel as if we were an inpostion just wanting to check in !!
Nice property just needs better staffing and a more professional team
Only booked one night because we were going to keep heading northeast from Joshua Tree National Park but after wonderful stay that night, decided to drive back from Joshua Tree and stay another night. Enjoyed it that much. Nice clean comfortable room. Great black out blinds too. Staff wonderful and helpful. Breakfast was really good but did take a long time in getting. Hot tub amazing! Guessing that one cook and just one server. Definitely could step up their game there! Only comment that kept my review from being a 5.
Pretty pool and area.
Staff member at check in felt uninviting and irritable
Lovely pool and friendly staff. Beds are so comfortable. I live in PSP and I felt like I was on vacation. Kimberly was so welcoming when I arrived - felt like I was home.
ARRIVE is an outstanding place to stay when visiting Palm Springs. We loved everything about it, starting with the very thoughtful, kind and considerate staff who make you feel welcome when you arrive a bit sad when it's time to leave. The rooms are beautifully and comfortably designed. Clean and quiet with great Sand & Stone products. Conveniently located to the heart of Palm Springs in the Uptown/Arts District. The total vibe and atmosphere is very relaxed with a beautiful pool to hang out at and relax after a day of hiking or just enjoying a little fun in the sun. We've been raving about ARRIVE to family and friends and highly recommend if you're looking for a cute place run by great people, led by Kim specifically who is a joy.
