Très bon emplacement, mais expérience décevante en matière de propreté, d’organisation et de prise en compte des famille
Pros:

Très bon emplacement. L’hôtel est bien situé et permet de profiter facilement des environs.

Cons:

Nous avions précisé lors de la réservation que nous voyagions avec un nourrisson, mais nous avons été placés au 2ᵉ étage d’un bâtiment sans ascenseur, ce qui est très compliqué avec une poussette et les affaires d’un bébé.

À notre arrivée, nous avons surtout découvert plusieurs taches très gênantes sur le linge de lit. Après notre signalement, le personnel a changé le linge, mais trouver le lit dans cet état reste franchement dégoûtant et remet en question le niveau de propreté attendu dans un hôtel.

Enfin, nous avions appelé suffisamment à l’avance pour réserver une table au restaurant de l’hôtel pour le dîner. Malgré cette précaution, à notre arrivée, notre réservation n’a pas été correctement prise en compte et la situation a été mal gérée. Nous avons finalement été obligés d’aller dîner ailleurs.

Pros:

Sensarionelle Lage. Nettes und freundliches Personal, schönes Zimmer.

Cons:

Badezimmer Infrastruktur zu billig für den Hotelstandard. Bsp. Dusche Armatur ist billig und nicht gepflegt, hält nicht in der Position, ist mehrmals runter gefallen, Duschkopf spritzt auf alle Seiten.

Lage ganz nah an der Promenade, schöner Innenhof, Frühstück im Restaurant am See.

Cons:

Zimmer relativ klein und innenliegendes Bad, wir hatten aber auch sehr kurzfristig gebucht.

Very nice place in a great location.
Pros:

Room was well maintained and clean. Air conditioning is a necessity at this time of the year and worked well. Great location at the lake with all the restaurants along the boulevard and still quiet because there isn’t a street in front. At the edge of the old city town. Room with an amazing view towards the lake. Staff is mostly very friendly and helpful. Dinner crew was super friendly. Breakfast crew a little less and a bit stressed.

Schönes Hotel an super Lage, braucht aber wieder etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit des Personals.

Wie immer sehr freundlich, super Lage und leckeres Frühstück mit Blick auf den See.

Cons:

Leider sieht man dem Hotel langsam die Altersspuren an, da hängt ein Bild schief, da ist eine Ecke sichtbar geflickt, da lottert die Duschentür, die Batterie von beiden Fernbedienungen leer... Unser Zimmer war zudem sehr laut durch die Klimaanlage auf der Terrasse. Die Terrasse ist etwas trostlos. Ein Plastiksteckbelag auf der Terrasse (darunter wertigerer Steinboden) und alte Palettenmöbel in der Bar passen nicht zu einem 4-Stern in dieser Preiskategorie.

Tolle Lage an der Promenade, modern eingerichtet, tolles Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personal

Cons:

Etwas hellhörig und morgens bei geöffnetem Fenster (muss nicht wer nur Klimaanlage mag) schon früh Betrieb (Reinigung, Aufbau) an der Promenade. Aber im Gesamtrahmen passt es dennoch top :)

Klein, fein und an super Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist super! Direkt am See. Auch die Klimaanlage hat uns den Urlaub verschönert! Das Personal spricht sehr gut Deutsch/Schweizerdeutsch und hilft bei Anliegen gerne weiter. Das Zimmer ist klein und fein. Und ganz wichtig: sehr sauber!

Das Seven Boutique Hotel gehört mit vielen anderen Restaurants, Bars oder auch einer Badi mit Sandstrand zusammen. Dies haben wir per Zufall herausgefunden. Der Badieintritt war gegen vorweisen des Zimmerschlüssels gratis. Was sehr cool ist. Ich hätte es begrüsst, wenn das Hotel solche Vorteile nennt, beim einchecken.

Cons:

Der Kühlschrank ist sehr klein. Ein paar kleine PET Flaschen oder Dosen haben Platz aber leider keine 1liter Flaschen oder grössere. Bei 35°C draussen, wäre das sehr schön gewesen. Aber das ist natürlich ein Luxus Problem.
