Stimmige Preis Leistung. Empfehlenswert.

Lage nähe Promenade

Cons:

Unter unserem Zimmer 24/h leider eine laute Maschine mit einem Dauer brummen aus Maschinenraum.
Ansonsten war es eine sehr ruhige Lage/Umgebung.
Wie so oft muss das Auto in einem öffentlichen Parkhaus platziert werden- Zufahrt jedoch zum ein/ausladen möglich.

Frühstück im Riva, renoviertes Badezimmer, das ist aber leider auch schon alles..

Cons:

Wir haben bei der Buchung ein möglichst ruhiges Zimmer verlangt, haben aber wohl das schlimmste Zimmer erhalten... Sehr hellhöriges Hotel, alte Bausubstanz, Zimmer gegen Gasse Katastrophe, da uralte, undichte Fenster - man hört die ganze Nacht einfach alles von draussen und drinnen. Die Vorhänge dunkeln nicht richtig ab und die Strassenlaternen, die sich gleich neben unseren Fenstern befanden, leuchteten die ganze Nacht ins Zimmer. Extrem hartes Bett für Mann und Frau. Keine Heizung Ende Oktober bei 10 Grad nachts.. Die Heizung werde erst ab Nov. 2026 eingestellt. Wir erhielten bei der Rezeption netterweise ein Öfeli (besten Dank dafür). Das Zimmer war ziemlich feucht, wir hatten etwas drei Mücken im Zimmer und die Zimmer weisen Teppichböden auf. Preis/Leistung stimmt nicht (Superior-Zimmmer verdient die Bezeichnung nicht).

Die direkte Lage am See.

Das Badezimmer war extrem klein! Zimmer 232!
Die Schiebetür des Badezimmers liess sich nur schwer öffnen. Die Heizung im Bad sah schrecklich aus. Der Vorhang sah aus als ob ein Hund darüber gepinkelt hat. Dazu passt der angefressene Papierkorb! Die Verdunkelungsvorhänge sind viel zu klein. Das Zimmer konnte nicht anständig abgedunkelt werden. Das Zimmer war extrem hellhörig. Lieber ein Zimmer im Garten buchen!
Das Frühstückszimmer war für die vielen Gäste viel zu klein. Jeden Tag war es eine Lotterie, ob man einen Tisch ergattern konnte. Dies ab 7.30-10 Uhr.
Es hiess.....kommen sie später wieder. Wenn man einen Ausflug macht, kann es passieren, dass man diesen ohne Frühstück starten muss!
Sehr schade! Die Lage ist jedoch perfekt und die Sicht auf den See einzigartig!

Prachtige locatie en kamer! Heel erg genoten van deze stad en hotel.

Cons:

Ontbijt was inbegrepen, in restaurant ernaast. Was helemaal vol, hebben buiten gezeten. Vriendelijk personeel en ontbijt maakten alles goed.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit im Badzimmer. Die Badezimmertüre lässt sich nicht ganz zu machen, daher wurde der Boden aussen nass nach der Dusche.
