Дуже задоволена перебуванням. Номер сучасний, охайний і добре обладнаний. Персонал професійний, ввічливий та гостинний. Готель має чудове розташування, що дозволяє легко дістатися до основних місць. Рекомендую!!!

Наразі нічого. Усе було чудово, і моє перебування повністю виправдало очікування. Мені справді важко запропонуватищось для покращення, тому що під час нашого перебування все було організовано на високому рівні. Я не можу виділити жодних недоліків чи моментів, які потребували б покращення

Perfekte Location und perfektes Personal!
Pros:

Wir waren hier zwei Mal innerhalb von wenigen Tagen. Beim ersten Check-In war es nach Mitternacht und der Rezeptionist war trotzdem absolut freundlich. Beim zweiten Mal war es Vormittag und wir durften bereits früher einchecken als angegeben, auch hier war die Rezeptionistin absolut zuvorkommend. Wir bekamen sogar ein kostenloses Upgrade. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt zwischen Bahnhof/Busbahnhof und Altstadt.

Cons:

Fehlender Kühlschrank am Zimmer und zu weiche Betten (auch wenn das natürlich im Auge des Betrachters liegt)
