The location

Cons:

The first time I stayed it was very clean. This time around the bathrooms were stained. There was a constant sound from the ac. When asked to change the room or do something the staff was indifferent and just didn’t care.

Pros:

Stayed at Hotel No.1 and had a terrible experience. The service quality is pathetic.
From check-in to check-out, the staff showed no professionalism or courtesy. Basic requests were ignored.

Mixed opinions, Good for US embassy proximity

Mixed opinions.

Sanjib is a very hospitable person, really liked his service. Goes out of his way to help!

It’s quite close to the US embassy so great for proximity. location is decent.

Breakfast is decent.

However, there are quite a few issues:
- Renovation going on for the building, so it’s not as they make it seem online. it can get quite noisy

- There are strange smells in the first floor and bathrooms.

- Wifi can disconnect at random times

- Would put it more as a 3 star than 4 star

An amazing stay at aauris

The stay was very very comfortable,, cleaniness wise it was awsum,, location tooo good,, overall the vibe of this place is amazing,, the staff is very hostile,, souvik, preeti, serajul, jayanta, everyone were very cordial,, we il look forward to visit soon again
