Si te gustan las sorpresas nocturnas es el hotel ideal!!!

Ubicación y desayuno

Cons:

Check-in normal, sin sorpresas ahí. En la habitación nos encontramos una toalla manchada entre las demás, perfectamente doblada, eso sí. En recepción se disculparon y nos dieron una limpia, hasta aquí, todo dentro de lo esperable. Lo curioso vino por la noche. A las doce y media, ya dormidos, alguien abrió la puerta de la habitación sin avisar. Minutos después volvió a pasar, esta vez nos dimos cuenta de que habían quitado y vuelto a poner la tarjeta de la luz, y lo único que dijeron fue "perdón". Por la mañana pedimos explicaciones y nos confirmaron que había sido la recepcionista de noche, aunque la responsable, que ya lo sabía, no ofreció ni una disculpa. Al parecer, entrar de noche en la habitación de un huésped sin motivo aparente es de lo más normal para ellos. Si buscas sorpresas nocturnas incluidas en el precio, este es tu hotel ideal.

Pros:

Praticamente tutto, anzi c'è anche un ottimo ristorante nella struttura che ti evita di spostare la macchina. Sei molto vicino al parcheggio. S. Francesco, dove ci sono le scale mobili per andare a visitare Siena.

La Stanza era Fantastica. Dotata di ogni confort. Bagno grande con Doccia ampia. Colazione ampia e variegata,erano presenti sia dolce che salato. Hotel munito di Ristorante,dove ho cenato,si mangia veramente bene. Il Personale è qualificato. Hotel munito di Parcheggio,che di questi tempi fá sempre comodo.
