Pros:

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is in a good location in the old city. It is very near the beginning of the Sunday markets. Room was comfortable and clean.

Couldn't ask for a better location, room or staff - It is my home in Chiang Mai!
Pros:

The pool was clean and good size. Staff were ALWAYS helpful. We had poolside rooms and they were great! Location is wonderful. We have stayed there twice and I will stay there always when I visit Chiang Mai!
