Bra säng och behaglig temperatur i rummet

Cons:

Lakanet var orent och när vi bad om ett nytt så fick vi bädda själva då receptionisten var pollenallergisk? Är själv pollenallergisk och det bästa är att vistas i en källare. Nope, det var nog mer allergi mot arbete det handlade om i hennes fall

Duschkabinen läkte och det var vatten över hela golvet som vi fick torka upp, man vill ju inte lämna det så

Jag kommer inte tillbaka.
Cons:

Avloppet i handfatet var nästan tätt, vattnet rann mkt långsamt. Belysningen var sådan att jag endast kunde läsa i badrummet. Trappan ner till mitt rum var mkt hög och jag fick ingen hjälp att bära ner min väska. Källarkänslan var påtaglig.

Läget var kanon. Skaplig säng och inga konstigheter som sådant.
Trevlig hjälpsam personal.

Cons:

Dålig luft i rummet, väldigt varmt och kladdigt.
Avloppet i duschen funkade inte, rann inte undan. Toaletten doftade inte särskilt fräscht.
Lyhört från korridoren utanför.
Möblerna såg ut som de skulle falla ihop, skulle behöva bytas.

Läget var jättebra men hotellet kunde varit kanon om man bara skött det men tyvärr verka man strunta i o hålla efter det

Läget, ligger jättebra och fina lokaler om man valt att hålla efter dom.

Cons:

Inte välstädat, alla rum avvek mot beskrivning. Stor dubbelsäng i något rum var en 140 säng, ett rum saknade toalock o ett rum bytte de utan att säga (dvs vi betalade för mycket för rummet) o när vi väl gick dit var det under all kritik. Gick inte att sova där.

Proximity to ferries, and loads of sites, restaurants and parks.

Cons:

Property gave incorrect emergency number in email so when our door to room wouldn’t open at 9pm we had to go to a neighbouring hotel to use the phone, which wasn’t answered because it was the day number. We sent an email which was never responded to. We ended up being able to get in. However the lock on the door continued to be very difficult to use, and we struggled with it on numerous occasions. Staff were rarely available for help.

Pros:

Beliggenheten, god kommunikasjon og pris var vi veldig fornøyd med.

Cons:

Var tett luft på rommene, det var derfor ikke så behagelig å oppholde seg der etter man hadde brukt dusjen.
