Fabulous stay in a lovely friendly hotel
Pros:

Centrally located. Friendly welcoming staff. Room were stylish clean and comfortable. Lovely toiletries and soft fluffy towels! Breakfast was delicious too!

Excellent location, great room and superb service from the staff!
Pros:

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I was able to check in very smoothly and they're very friendly even in the morning. The breakfast was amazing and definitely worth every penny. I love the fact that everything that I would need in a hotel room is there. Thank you for the slippers and lovely body wash, it smelled wonderful!

Cons:

Personal preference would be to have firmer pillows and firmer mattress. But I still had a good night sleep. Also, the do not disturb sign, I wasn't able to find it but it's okay.

Pros:

It was really good value, in a nice location, staff were lovely.

Cons:

The aircon was locked so didn't go low enough and the windows were not double glazed so you could gear all of the noise outside
