Ankommen und wohlfühlen der Stress wird hier ganz sicher einen genommen!
Pros:

Der Besitzer und sein Team sind Gold wert! Sie kümmerten sich um uns, Wünsche wurden quasi von den Augen abgelesen. Man fühlte sich wie König und Königin.
Die Kinder liebten es!

Hinzu kam die gute Lage die für uns ideal gewesen ist. Leider erwischte es meine Frau ein wenig, so dass wir nicht alle Touren machen konnten wie geplant. War aber nicht durch die Unterkunft zu verantworten sondern von uns auf der Anreise.
Aber wie sich um meine Frau gekümmert wurde während wir unterwegs waren verdient extra Punkte! Vielen lieben Dank an das ganze Team dafür!

Toller Meerblick von der wunderschönen Terrasse die zu unserem Zimmer gehört hat, Wir haben das beste Sri Lanka Frühstück der ganzen Insel hier bekommen. Mit dem Tuk Tuk ist man sehr schnell am Fort. Super nettes sehr hilfsbereites Personal.

Only the location and view from the room.

Cons:

Cleanliness is a major issue for this hotel. Everything about it is uncleaned. Breakfast was dis’s appointment. Five items only including red chilli flakes. Rest of the items were not good or even tasetes good and wont perfect for breakfast. Lot of bugs in the pool. Room not cleaned, towel not cleaned, washroom not clean and even the welcome drink glass was not washed properly. Couldn’t drink it. It’s not like a cheap place but was not maintained properly.

very nice property. small and comfortable. i would recommend this place for group tours and family tours. very nice and friendly staffs. clean swimming pool, beach is not accessible. beach view rooms. common dinning rooms for each floor. Very nice authentic Sri Lankan breakfast. 5.0km away from the galle - towards Colombo. barbeques available

Pros:

We absolutely loved our four day stay at this magical place! Best of all was the friendly staff, but we enjoyed our breakfasts, swims in the pool and the breathtaking beach view from our room and balkony. Best accommodation during our stay in Sri Lanka!

Pros:

Breanfast was bad (toasts cool, few fruits, only one cup coffee) and some mornings it took nearly two hours that we got it without that we asked day before to have breakfast at time.

There were nobody who care about cleaning. In the garden was a lot rabbish around like a food and papers.

Better say it straight: "Ocean Villa Den should be close. It's not a place where to spend holiday."

The view from the room was a ten out of ten and the location from the beach was amazing but unfortunately the cleanliness and maintenance to the room was a five out of ten.

We had a very disappointing experience at Ocean Villa. We arrived around 8:40 PM and found the roller gate completely closed. For more than 15 minutes, we knocked on the gate and called out, but there was absolutely no response. Even our driver shouted in their language, and we clearly heard two people talking inside, but they completely ignored us. We had no choice but to leave and look for another place late at night. This was extremely stressful, especially since we had a small baby who was hungry and crying. Very unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
